★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini tempat anak² kecil dan remaja tanggung, utk berlatih extra kurikuler diluar sekolah,kebetulan sy dulu sblm pandemi sering mengantar cucu kesini, utk bermain sambil berlatih utk anak² seusianya spt balet, interaksi sesamanya, dance, Gym, dan banyak kegiatan lainnya, 2x seminggu hari biasa dan hr minggu bersama orang tuanya, cocok sekali jika orang tua memasuki klas Rock star ini, sangat positip utk perkembangan anaknya
This is a place for small children and young adults to practice extra-curricular activities outside of school. Coincidentally, before the pandemic, I used to often take my grandchildren here, to play while practicing for their children, such as ballet, interaction with each other, dance, gym, and many other activities, 2x a week. usual and Sunday with their parents, it's perfect if parents enter this Rock star class, very positive for their child's development

Saya kecewa dgn managing Rockstar cabang ini. Sy sudah sampaikan cancel, di Agustus 2021 melalui customer service, namun tagihan tetap jalan. Baru Maret 2022 di-stop.
Padahal saya sudah ikut membantu Rockstar meringankan operasional mereka dgn partisipasi Rp 118rb per bulan per peserta.
Hati2 join, karena bisa jadi anda mengalami hal yg sama dgn saya. Mudah daftar, sulit keluar.
Mohon management Rockstar Gym memperbaiki kinerja cabang ini.

I am disappointed with managing this branch of Rockstar. I've already said cancel, in August 2021 through customer service, but the bill still goes. It was only March 2022 that it was stopped.
Even though I have helped Rockstar ease their operations with the participation of IDR 118 thousand per month per participant.
Be careful joining, because you might experience the same thing as me. Easy to sign up, hard to get out.
Please management Rockstar Gym improve the performance of this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I very much thought this would be a good place for my twins to burn off some steam. I was told I would get help with the twins since I can't handle both of them. We never got help and when we asked they wanted 500,000 per session to have someone to help us. then our location is now closed due to a fire and they still make you pay monthly yes there is a bit of a discount but the next closest location is over an hour away so it makes it impossible to go so I cancelled and had to pay a penalty even though I believe the contract has changed since the location is not available. Not fair and the sessions were always shorter than advertised.
