★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first visited Jakarta in 2000, my friend took me to this Nasi Padang outlet. Obviously, not understanding the Nasi padang "concept", I was shocked by the so many dishes (like 20 dishes) placed in front of us ie my friend and I only. Lol...it was fun then!!!
Came back to this outlet many times...and surprisingly, my favourite dishes are the very basic ones like the stinky beans jengkol, pete and the fiery hot CABE HIJAU (green chili).

All the menus are set in front of you and also an extra plate of rice in case you just can't resist the temptation of those spicy Beef Rendang and rich broth of Gulai Kepala Kakap (Fish head Curry). You just need to prepare your empty stomach and plenty cash in your wallet, then you're ready to feast...
