★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter payah anak saya masih bayi 5 bulan dikasih obat yg salah malah nambah parah sampai beraknya keluar darah .. Terus saya berobat rs anak ga taunya obatnya bukan untuk bayi 5 bulan dan ga boleh .. Untuk kedepannya jngan seperti ini karna bayi itu rentan pak bos.

A comfortable place but for the need for treatment and antigen testing is not a brilliant idea, should distinguish 2 places for treatment and an antigen test, sorry for people who are sick who want to be treated have to wait for someone else to have an antigen test

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dateng duluan, registrasi duluan malah yg belakangan yg dipanggil duluan, mana pas ditegor jawabnya ketus banget lagi. gapunya tata krama, training dulu dalam hal pelayanan. pas mau bayar lagi ngambil uang pas, eh disamperin disuruh masuk takut banget kabur apa? padahal duit udah dipegang mba yg satunya. mba yg satu nya bilang maaf. mba2 yg 2 lagi gada sopan nya ngasih kembalian langsung taro ditinggal melengos gitu aja. wajar kalo saya complain online! kalo gabisa ramah dalam hal pelayanan gausah ngambil job yg bukan dibidangnya. baru kali ini swab dijudesin mba2 klinik, kalo ga karna udah malem/dadakan juga mending diRS walaupun lebih mahal pelayanannya jauh lebih baik.

The other 2 ladies are polite and give change immediately, then just leave them looking away. It's only natural that I complain online! If you can't be friendly in terms of service, don't take a job that is not in your field. this is the first time that the swab has been judged by clinicians, if not because it's late/suddenly it's also better to go to the hospital even though it is more expensive the service is much better.
