Masa' sudah bayar uang ganti ongkir untuk cancel pengiriman, tp gak di proses dan barang tetap di kirim dan dimintai uang jg, apalagi di rumah cuma ada orang yg sudah tua, jd gak tau apa², posisi gak ada uang juga, jadi pinjem tetangga untuk bayar nya..
Jadi uang yg di bayarkan berlebih, uang barang+ongkir+pengganti ongkir cancel..
