★ ★ ★ ★ ★ awalnya bakal jadi tempat grooming langganan krn dekat dengan rumah. Tapi pelayanannya cukup kurang karena saya meminta grooming utk menghilangkan jamur tapi ternyata enggak. Malah dikasih yang biasa padahal diekornya jelas-jelas ada jamur. Sepertinya yang grooming bukan orang yang mengerti tentang hewan. ini bahaya sekali.
masih dengan pelayananya, sering kali mereka tidak mencatat pet cargo ini punya siapa dan treatmentnya apa. Jadi bisa dibayangkan sendiri ribetnya kyk gimana pas mau ngambil kucingnya.
puncaknya pada minggu kemarin. Saya mendapati kucing saya banyak sekali jamurnya. Yang tadinya cuma ada di ekor, sekarang merambat kemana-mana. Hasil grooming pada waktu itu juga tidak bersih. Kucing saya masih ada beberapa bagian yang basah. beberapa kuku tidak dipotong dan kedua telinga kucing saya masih terlihat kotor.
hari ini saya pindah tempat grooming. Semua yang saya jelaskan diatas sama seperti yang dikatakan oleh tempat grooming baru saya.
Kerena hal tersebut, saya sangat menyayangkan hal ini dan saya tidak akan kembali grooming disini sampai pelayanannya membaik atau hanya saat urgent saja.

Even given the usual one even though the tail clearly has mushrooms. It seems that the grooming person is not a person who understands about animals. this is very dangerous.
still with the service, often they don't record who owns this pet cargo and what treatment. So you can imagine how complicated it is when you want to pick up the cat.
peaked last week. I found my cat had a lot of mold. What used to be only in the tail, is now spreading everywhere. The results of the grooming at that time were also not clean. My cat still has some wet spots. some nails are not trimmed and my cat ears still look dirty.
today I moved the grooming place. Everything I explained above is the same as what my new grooming place said.
Because of this, I deeply regret this and I will not return to grooming here until the service improves or only when it is urgent.
