★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyuci tas di sini dan ga bersih :( Malah jadi agak rusak karena warna dan tulisannya sebagian hilang. Bagian2 yang kotor juga masih tetap kotor, sama sekali tidak ada perubahan. Tas yang dicuci seharusnya jadi bersih, tetapi hasilnya tetap kotor dan malah rusak. Not recommended dan ga akan pernah ke sini lagi. Serasa buang duit 75 ribu dengan hasil yang sangat tidak memuaskan.
Dari segi karyawan juga kurang sigap. Dibayar 100rb, kembaliannya 75rb. Tapi pegawainya bilang ga ada 5ribuan. Saya ditanya, punya 5rb ga. Saya sudah bilang tidak ada, pakai pecahan saja kalau tidak ada selembar 5ribu. Tapi dia malah ngotot dan bingung kalau dia juga ga ada 5 ribuan. Walaupun akhirnya setelah saya naik pitam, baru dia tanya ke temannya yang lagi kerjain sesuatu dan malah temannya itu yang pergi cari 5 ribuan.
Tolong karyawannya dilatih untuk berpikir lebih cerdas dan sigap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa paraaaah, nyuci 2 sepatu, udah nunggu 3 hari, pas diambil kaget kirain gak dicuci, karena jd keliatan dekil, bawah sepatunya jg msh kotor kyk dicuci asal2an aja, cuma yg bener2 ada nodanya aja yg dibersihinnya. Mana sepatu saya yg 1 masih lembab dan bau, ini malah kondisinya lebih parah dr sebelum dicuci. Di tempat lain dgn harga sama dan durasi 1 hari tp bersih banget kyk baru lg, di sini malah termasuk mahal dengan kualitas kayak begini ?
