The waistbag I ordered didn’t meet their own standard, either from time delivery or the product quality itself.

The CS is the worst, the always show online but will reply you, in 3-6 hours, this make you even harder to complaint everything. The Fabric Quality is unstable, but sometimes very good. Overall okey but since the CS is very slow, it makes you tired to complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's great if you want to use their service for printing t-shirts, but don't get your hopes up for things other than t-shirts. The kimono that I ordered had a really messed up cut (esp on the arms), the crewneck print that I made ended up looking like a tarp on the printed area, I printed some bags too in the past and the color bleeds out if you try to wash it. You can say that I gave it a too much chances but it flopped 80% of the time.
But the t-shirts are ok. So there's that.
