★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kami booking suit room melalui agoda, dengan fasilitas pantry dan ruang tv terpisah dr ruang tidur. Keadaan sofa di ruang tv dekil sekali, pada sandaran tangan dan dudukannya dekil dan sudah menghitam. Penerangan di ruang TV remang-remang, sehingga sy tdk dapat bekerja pada malam hari. Kondisi lemari es, kotor dan berkerak. Mengecewakan. Ada yg bisa membantu saya untuk memperbaiki kekecewaan ini?
 We booked a suit room via Agoda, with pantry facilities and a separate TV room from the bedroom. The condition of the sofa in the TV room is very dirty, the armrests and seats are filthy and black. The lighting in the TV room is dim, so I can't work at night. Refrigerator condition, dirty and crusty. Disappointing. Can anyone help me to fix this disappointment?
