Kamar sempit , WiFi ada tapi mati , TV gak bisa nyala , air panas nya mati, Kamar mandi sempit - pintu gak bisa dikunci- gak ada gantungan baju.
Silakan diperbaiki.

The room is cramped, WiFi is there but it is dead, the TV cannot turn on, the hot water is off, the bathroom is narrow - the door cannot be locked - there are no clothes hangers.
Please fix it.

comfortable place, just uncomfortable because I was late giving towels and bathing needs, so far so good! eh yes btw here the guarantee is deposit 100 sm ID card too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali saya kesni di kasih kamar yg kotor banget terus saya minta pindah kamar ternyata masih kotor juga tapi gak separah yg pertama tapi yg kedua malah gak di kasih handuk pelayanan juga tidak ramah. dari luar sih ok tapi dalem nya sangat buruk kecewa parah dan saya sudah terlanjur memesan 2 hari lagi
The first time I came, I was given a really dirty room and then I asked to change rooms, it turned out to be still dirty but not as bad as the first but the second one was not even given towels, the service was also not friendly. from the outside it's ok but the inside is very bad, really disappointed and I already ordered 2 more days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sprei, selimut, sarung bantal, banyak bercak kotor, ud komplen, mnt pndh kamar tp katanya penuh, mnt ganti sprei dll, diksh sprei baru yg ternyata kotor juga, dan disuruh ganti sendiri pula.. Jujur sih jorok banget tempatnya.. Dr luar keliatannya oke, begitu msk kamar, ancurrrrr... Kapok bgt
Sheets, blankets, pillowcases, lots of dirty spots, complained, asked to move the room but it said it was full, wanted to change sheets etc., got a new bed sheet which turned out to be dirty too, and was told to change it myself too... Honestly, it's a really dirty place.. Dr. outside it looks okay, once you enter the room, it's ancurrrrr... I'm so tired

Klo mau dapet setengah harga mesti nunggu jam 11 malem, itupun pagi jam 7 harus sudah cek out. Kamar bekas pakai tidak dibersihkan secara maksimal. Jauh dari kesan nyaman

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama masuk gerbang sekuriti nya gk sopan, apa Krn w pk motor jd gk dihargain ( pdhal saya sudah bilang permisi numpang nanya loh). Dilobby kurang jg pelayanan, Fik puter balik gk jd liburan ma anak istri.
Mending gk usah nginep daripada buang uang tp direndahin. Buat bpk sekurity yg ngetawain kami semoga sadar y, saya berkunjung berarti saya sanggup bayar y. Beda jauh sm anugrah inn, sekuritinya smp bawain motor parkir dibelakang hotel.
Satu lg sama Amaris hotel juga bagus pelayanannya

It's better not to have to stay instead of wasting money but being humiliated. For Mr. Sekurity who laughs at us, I hope you realize that, if I visit, it means I can pay. It's very different from the Anugrah Inn, the security brings a motorbike parked behind the hotel.
Another one with Amaris hotel is also good service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk seharga 200 ribuan semalam, gak perlu berharap muluk-muluk lah ya. Buang semua ekspektasi jauh-jauh.
Gak perlu berharap ada sinyal TV dan wifi karena tidak ada di sini.
Betul, memang kain spreinya kotor, ada bercak noda yang belum hilang. Kasurnya sudah broken, memang sudah waktunya dibuang dan diganti dengan kasur baru.
Ukuran ruangan terbilang sempit, tapi tertata rapi jadi bisa efisien dan maksimal.
Sisanya oke sih, so far.
Resepsionisnya standar, lumayan ngantukan dan kurang senyum. Alhamdulillah satpamnya udah nggak galak seperti di review yang lain. Mungkin sudah diganti ?
Buat yang lagi ke Cikupa, Bitung dan sekitarnya, kalau lagi kepepet bisa lah nginep di sini. Daripada nginep di masjid...
