Fasilitasnya : lemari, air mineral, TV, AC, sofa + meja, kasur (twin bed / king bed), kamar mandi (wastafel + kloset duduk). Di lobby nya tersedia wifi, meja dan sofa untuk bersantai. Suasananya homey banget. Permalamnya 200ribuan. Lokasinya : seberang RS PGI Cikini (RedDoorz Hotel Karya)
Facilities: wardrobe, mineral water, TV, air conditioning, sofa + table, mattress (twin bed / king bed), bathroom (sink + toilet seat). In the lobby available wifi, table and sofa to relax. The atmosphere is very homey. 200,000 per night. The location: opposite PGI Cikini Hospital (RedDoorz Hotel Karya)

Tempat ini sangat buruk, saya pesan via aplikasi reddoorz, saya pilih kamar premium diberikan kamar standard (kamar standard dan premium bedanya jauh bgt), saya mau cancle tapi layanan CS Reddoorz tidak ada yang menanggapi. Saya telpon hingga puluhan kali menunggu krn hanya dilayani bot penjawab, hingga 1 jam lebih, tidak ada yang angkat. (Berapa pulsa yg saya keluarkan hanya untuk dilayani bot.) Fasilitas yg harusnya saya dapatkan dan saya keluhkan adalah kulkas dan air panas. Faktanya sang resepsionis mengatakan kamar berkulkas hanya ada 3, dan sudah lama memang kulkas itu hanya ada di 3 kamar doang, loh kenapa booking saya bisa dengan pilihan tersebut. Saya ditawarkan untuk ke kamar premium, tapi tetap tidak ada kulkasnya. Lohkenapa di deskripsi ada? dan kenapa saya bisa order dengan desktipsi itu??? Pas mau Mandi, air panasnya nggak ada sama sekali. What????? Saya chat untuk kompalin dari malam, bangun pagi, siang hingga malam, selama 3 hari berturut2 tidak ada yang melayani. Saya kemudian email keluhan sampai 2 hari tidak dijawab. Lalu saya telpon, eh bisa... Wow.. alasan CSnya krn sedang high season tidak dapat melayani, what? Mreka baru mau check email keluhan saya... What???? Setelah 2 hari dan habis berapa pulsa saya? Saya bisa nginep 2 malam lagi. Ajaibnya kemarin, setelah 2 hari saya kirimkan email keluhan mreka baru respon email saya (setelah saya telpon), dan mereka menawarkan redpoint sebagai kompensasi. Saya selama menginap di reddorz hampir nggak pernah pakai redpoint. Lalu mereka menjelaskan bahwa kulkas yg ada sedang rusak. Hey ... resepsionisnya sendiri yang bilang, itu didaftarkan diawal, dan sesudah itu memang kulkas sudah tidak ada dalam hitungan tahun.Kalo mau kulkas hanya ad di 3 kamar. Gosh... Reddoorz tidak pernah mengechek lagi partner mreka sekian lama ya...? Saya ditawarkan kompensasi redpoint sbg pengganti kerugian. Sekedar Saran buat yang lain... Pastikan pilihan tempat menginap dgn teliti. CS Reddoorz itu sangat buruk, beda dgn aplikasi menginap biru, mreka lebih cepat tanggap. Reddoorz sangat jelas tidak pernah mengechek mitranya secara regular. Sehingga mereka tidak tau apa perkembangan dari mitra2 mreka tapi dengan sombongnya menawarkan red guarantee. Pointnya jgn pernah menerima apabila tidak sesuai dengan aplikasi. Biar belajar ini reddoorz, jgn cuma banyakin Mitra tp nggak diawasin.

They just wanted to check my complaint email ... What ???? After 2 days and how many pulses have I used up? I can stay 2 more nights. Miraculously yesterday, after 2 days I sent a complaint email, they just responded to my email (after I called), and they offered a redpoint as compensation. During my stay at Reddorz, ​​I almost never used RedPoint. Then they explained that the existing refrigerator was broken. Hey ... the receptionist himself said, it was registered at the beginning, and after that the refrigerator was not there in a matter of years. If you want a refrigerator only in 3 rooms. Gosh ... Reddoorz hasn't checked on their partner for a long time, huh ...? I was offered redpoint compensation as compensation. Just a suggestion for others ... Make sure you choose where to stay carefully. CS Reddoorz is very bad, different from the stay blue application, they are more responsive. Reddoorz clearly never checks its partners regularly. So they don't know what the progress of their partners is but they arrogantly offer a red guarantee. The point is never to accept it if it doesn't match the application. To learn this, RedDoorz, don't just add lots of partners but not supervised.

Bangunan lama, lokasi bgs.. Cm toilet ga bersih and quite spooky. I was booked for 5 days then decided to check out before the due date
