★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sorry I'm a bit dissapointed not because of the room but because I stay here after another guest and the guest is smoking in a room wich is non smoking room. The hotel is trying to eliminate the smell but didn't work out very well. After i spray with my perfume the stingy smell is faded but still smell coz it's stay in furniture and curtain. I'm not trying to change room because i request rooms with connecting door. And you can hear train passing by not to loud but you can hear it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my family were very satisfied with my 5D4N quarantine here. Thanks to the sales, Pak Indra and the customer services team, Pak Shandy for being very responsive and helpful.
Since there is a change of quarantine policy from 7days into 5days, the staff is very fast and also refund the money.
I was so relieved and happy since they serve the meals on-time with various selection of delicious Indonesian or Western cuisine, my favourite are soto betawi and nasi sunda. My 5-yr-old daughter also loves the kids menu and very happy to get a cute teddy bear as a present upon check out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a meeting here, overall it’s not so bad experience for a hotel of this level
Meeting facility 3/5 I don’t like the projector, it’s outdated, the pixels being too large and not so clear. The rest of the facility is nice you get 2 mikes, Indonesian snack, relatively clean facilities. Parking is limited.
Ambience 3/5 the building is not really inviting, the eclectic interior helps, although rearranged partitions complicates circulation in the lobby
Food 2/5 Indonesian buffet for lunch, there’s seblak, soto betawi, grilled chicken, dessert and salad. Covid makes some food hidden really far in the background so you don’t realize there’s actually fruits at the back and you can’t reach it because of covid requirement. Overall, not so good experience
Location 5/5 historic Cikini area and Raden Saleh, you are basically at the south end of this historic Cikini street. Walk north through the newly revamped sidewalk, you’ll find a couple of restaurants, theatre, planetarium, cafes, and couple of state museum at the very north. Bus 6H served the area.
Covid 3/5 sanitizers in the meeting room, mike cleaned and covered, barcode check at the entrance. The buffet area is served by only a small amount of people (3) so a queue of 13 people don’t help at all as they need to serve for you one by one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say that I am disappointed with the hospitality, at my first visit to this hotel. My first impressions: The location of the hotel is very strategic, the room is good, the restaurant is good (although the size is not big enough).
But.. at my/our arrival, the friendliness of the front office staff was not good, coupled with the unresponsive crew (concierge), so I (& my team) brought my/our own bags to my/our room(s). My request to borrow prayer mats was also not responded well (not delivered to us). At breakfast, the restaurant clerk always asks for a scan of the Peduli Lindungi application every morning, even though I have stayed few nights & have shown the room card.
Please in the future this is fixed & better handled, so that visitors can feel more comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing staycation at Mercure Jakarta Cikini. The location is perfectly strategic, room is good in size, cleanliness and aminities. Unfurnately, the size of TV is quite small for an hotel room nowdays.
Big thanks for kak Nadia as Receptionist and kak Rhany as Guest Experience team who gave a verry personal wellcome greeting at my room.
Every sunday they have a kids cooking club at lobby area and i asked for a cotton candy even im not a kid anymore and they gave it with smile.

The moment we arrived until hotel checked in, we’ve been helped a lot. They represent the company and assets for the company. Room is clean, and spacious. Certainly will return again in the future.
