★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat yang tunggu hasil cepat karena ada keperluan untuk bepergian atau karena sebelumnya kontak aktif dengan orang yang positif, saya sarankan JANGAN PAKAI LAYANAN SWABKU.
Di awal ketika tanya2 layanan via WA ke CS, amat sangat responsif. Tapi ketika kita tanya hasil karena sudah lewat dari waktu yang dijanjikan, NGGA ADA RESPONSE SAMA SEKALI BAIK LEWAT CHAT MAUPUN TELFON. Lebih baik ke layanan di rumah sakit atau lab yang sudah terpercaya.
EDITED: Kalau ada nilai bintang minus 5, mungkin cocok untuk layanan Swabku ini.
 For those who are waiting for quick results because there is a need to travel or because previously active contact with positive people, I suggest DO NOT USE MY SWAB SERVICE.
At the beginning when asking for services via WA to CS, they were very, very responsive. But when we asked about the results because it was past the promised time, THERE WAS NO RESPONSE AT ALL BY CHAT OR PHONE. It is better to go to a trusted hospital or lab.
EDITED: If there is a minus 5 star rating, it might be suitable for this Swabku service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JANGAN PAKAI SWABKU!!! sumpah pelayanannya sangat sangat buruk, saya request untuk PCR test dengan result sameday, dijanjikan hasilnya 23.30 tapi sampai skrnh result nya belum keluar, pas saya check invoices nya ternyata saya bayarnya yang express, malah lebih mahal dan harusnya lebih cepat hasilnya, sangat tidak recommend!!!!
DON'T USE MY SWAB!!! I swear the service is very, very bad, I requested for a PCR test with the same day result, the result was promised 23.30 but until now the results haven't come out, when I checked the invoices it turned out that I paid for the express one, it was even more expensive and the results should be faster, really don't recommend! !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya sempet ragu karna banyak review jelek di google akhir2 ini. Tapi nekat tes PCR di swabku karna maskapai penerbangan butuh hasil H-1. Swab jam 8.15 pagi hasilnya dapet jam 5.15 sore, masuk ke pedulilindungi jam 6an. Dan ada promo juga bayar reguler 275k dapet paket sameday asal pengambilan sample kurang dri jam 12 siang.
At first I was hesitant because there have been a lot of bad reviews on Google lately. But I was desperate for a PCR test on my swab because the airline needed the H-1 result. Swab at 8.15 am the result is at 5.15 pm, go to caring for protection at 6 o'clock. And there is a promo also pay regular 275k to get the same day package as long as sampling is less than 12 noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inexperienced administrator and nurse. I regret doing my antigen test here. They don't follow proper COVID protocols. The admin person approaches car without properly wearing mask and the nurse (I'm not even sure if she's a nurse) uses same latex gloves without changing them. My biggest complaint here is that they sent the test results, but full of errors on our bio. Listed my wife as "male" my birth date was entirely wrong. For the past 15 hours I've been calling and sending emails to change the error, but they don't respond. Lucky that I wasn't traveling on a until tomorrow. Otherwise, I would have to re-do the test. Actually, I'm still waiting for the corrected version test results. But I felt compelled to leave this review based on my time and energy exhausted. The process should be simple and effortless. I highly DON'T recommend this drive through Clinic and I would never go back there again.
