Dulu kesini dari 2019, trus sejak pandemi udh ga pernah kesini lagi. Akhirnya hari ini 20/09/21 kesini lg krn liat di instagram ProKes nya tertib. Eh ternyata begitu dtg... giliran saya, saya MINTA TOLONG nakes nya buat pake masker malah pada MELOTOTIN saya (posisinya lg pada beresin peralatan). ANEH! ? sayang bgt pdhl disini treatment nya beneran works dan bagus. Lucu aja, masa kita sbg customer seakan2 ga dibolehin untuk merasa aman selama treatment? Dr dulu permasalahan labelle di nakesnya deh kurang training attitude. Apa harga murah jd pelayanan yg dipangkas? ***UPDATE*** dateng lagi kesini seminggu kemudian jam 12 siang, mengejutkan bgt servis nakes dan kasir, semuanya udh ciamik?? ramah, sigap, protokol bagus. Keep up the good work labelle??‍♀️
Been here since 2019, then since the pandemic I haven't been here anymore. Finally today 20/09/21 here again because I see on Instagram the ProKes is orderly. Eh, it turned out that it was my turn... it was my turn, I ASKED the health worker to wear a mask instead of glaring at me (his position was on cleaning equipment). STRANGE! ? It's a shame that the treatment here really works and is good. It's funny, it's as if we as customers are not allowed to feel safe during treatment? In the past, the labelle problem at the health care provider was lacking in attitude training. Is the low price a trimmed service? ***UPDATE*** came here again a week later at 12 noon, what a surprise the service for health workers and cashiers, everything was good?? friendly, alert, good protocol. Keep up the good work labelle??‍♀️

Saya beli voucher di fave. Saya ingin buat appointment di wa tapi admin wa bener bener ga komunikatif. Tolong ya di perbaiki attitudenya. Baru kali ini saya wa ke klinik kecantikan tp adminnya ga komunikatif dan ramah. Jelas jelas setelah penjelasan mengenai persyaratan saya sdh jawab "oke". Dan tidak ada info apapun mengenai form pendaftaran appointment. Lalu admin tbtb info : "Maaf hari ini sdh full" Dan saya jg langsung to the point bahwa saya kecewa dengan balasan chat seperti itu. Dan tidak ada permintaan maaf jg. Akhirnya saya cancel pembelian voucher saya di fave.
I bought a voucher at fave. I want to make an appointment at wa but the admin wa is really not communicative. Please fix the attitude. This is the first time I've been to a beauty clinic, but the admin is not communicative and friendly. It was clear after an explanation of the requirements I answered "okay". And there is no info regarding the appointment registration form. Then admin tbtb info: "Sorry, today is full" And I also go straight to the point that I am disappointed with chat replies like that. And no apologies either. Finally I canceled my voucher purchase on fave.

Tadi sempet treatment kesini,, sumpah ramah2 bgd kaka2nya...ud gtu hrganya lg promo besar2an...nnti 2mnggu lg d suruh dtng lg buat periksa...apa lg dokter sarah selain cantik dy juga ramah bgd ??
Just had a treatment here, I swear, the brothers are very friendly... that's why there's a big promo... 2 weeks later I'll be told to come again to check... what else is Doctor Sarah besides being beautiful, she's also very friendly

Entah apakah akun ini seorang owner atau admin yang ternyata benar menurut history reviewers mengenai etika dan komunikasi sepertinya perlu diberikan pelatihan atau apa ya agar lebih sopan. Reviewers bisa membaca dan menilai dengan baik. Kronologis yang saya alami sebagai berikut: Saya ingin mencoba salah satu treatment yang ada di klinik ini dan membeli voucher via FAVE. Setelah saya beli dan saya tidak mengetahui sistem yang ada di FAVE lalu saya redeem dan segera informasikan ke admin klinik via Whatsapp. Admin klinik hanya menginformasikan tentang Flyer sebelum melakukan treatment saja. Saya berpikir bahwa saya dapat melakukan treatment yang sudah saya BAYAR melalui FAVE maksimum tanggal 8 April 2022. Fyi reviewers, saya membeli voucher via FAVE tanggal 20 March 2022. Pihak klinik memberikan jawaban yang kurang kooperatif dan kurang sopan dalam berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan. Dan juga tidak membantu memberikan solusi. Reviewers bisa melihat ya susunan kalimat mereka kebanyakan tidak menerima feedback dari customernya. Sangat defensif sekali. Tidak memiliki solusi, atau berupaya membantu padahal voucher saya hangus jadinya sia-sia. Saya tidak akan pernah menengok klinik ini lagi. Karena banyak sekai klinik bagus di Jakarta dan memiliki suster atau therapist juga yang baik dan bagus dalam bersikap dan beretika tentunya. Semoga masukan untuk klinik La Belle dapat diterima dengan baik. Thank you.
I don't know if this account is an owner or an admin, which turned out to be true according to history reviewers regarding ethics and communication, it seems that training or what is needed to be done to be more polite. Reviewers can read and judge well. My chronology is as follows: I want to try one of the treatments at this clinic and buy a voucher via FAVE. After I bought it and I didn't know the system in FAVE then I redeemed it and immediately informed the clinic admin via Whatsapp. The clinic admin only informs about the flyer before doing the treatment. I think that I can do the treatment that I have PAID for through FAVE maximum on April 8, 2022. Fyi reviewers, I bought a voucher via FAVE on 20 March 2022. The clinic provides answers that are less cooperative and less polite in communicating with customers. And also does not help provide a solution. Reviewers can see that their sentence structure mostly does not receive feedback from their customers. Very defensive. Not having a solution, or trying to help even though my voucher was forfeited was a waste. I will never visit this clinic again. Because there are so many good clinics in Jakarta and they have nurses or therapists who are good and good in attitude and ethics, of course. Hopefully the input for La Belle clinic will be well received. Thank you.

Kesini untuk melakukan treatment messotherapy. Beli voucher nya di aplikasi fave. Sangat terkesan sekali karena perawatnya ramah" semua. Dan saya datang lagi ke esokan hari nya untuk treatment botox . Dokternya menjelaskan sangat detil sebelum treatment. Untuk harga worth it ya ,saat ini lagi byk promo.
Here to do a messotherapy treatment. Buy the voucher on the fave app. Very impressed because the nurses were all friendly. And I came again the next day for botox treatment. The doctor explained in great detail before the treatment. For the price, it's worth it, right now there are lots of promos.

This place might be favorite clinic for everyone. I like it because it's good prices. But as my opinion, it's good to have 2 person for front desk/cashier , someone to service phone call, and do payment, cuz when I paid my bill last time the cashier was busy to picked up the phone , n didn't pay attention with my bill that failed twice to pay it by edc machine, n forgot to give a coupon for a stamp cuz I paid a package which was more than a million. Hopefully all the staff keep being lovely even more to customers. N don't know why it's difficult to call them, maybe there is always busy n no one who can pick up. Hope this clinic hear the advices from customers. :)
