Ktanya ada pemberitahuan sebelum jam keberangkatan kok kasih tahunya lebih dr jam yg di tentukan dah gtu gk terima komplain dr customer lagi.. pyh tuh uang kebuang sia" gak ada konpensasi... ?

I just asked for a notification before the departure hour, how come you know that it was more than the time specified, I didn't receive any complaints from the customers anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payah sekali, Tanggal 7 September 2019 saya kirim paket dari temanggung ke pekalongan katanya mau di bawa jam 2 siang biar sampai tgl 7 malam, tapi sampai armada terakhir sampai pekalongan paket tidak terbawa dengan alesan supirnya bagasi penuh , padahal sudah janji dengan biaya yang mahal biar tgl 7 malam barang sampai pekalongan tapi tidak sampai, malah mau dikirim besuk sampainya makin lama padahal sudah minta biaya mahal . PAYAH SEKALI, Tidak Profesional dan tidak mengutamakan kepuasan pelanggan, Terimakasih
So bad, on September 7, 2019, I sent a package from Temanggung to Pekalongan, he said that he would be brought at 2 pm to 7 pm, but until the last fleet arrived at Pekalongan, the package did not carry over with the full baggage of the driver, even though he had promised an expensive fee 7 nights the goods arrived in Pekalongan but did not arrive, instead they wanted to be sent visiting until more and more even though they had asked for expensive fees. PAYAH ONCE, Not Professional and does not prioritize customer satisfaction, Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya tidak ramah, kirim barang sampe agen jam 10 biar ikut pengiriman siang ternyata di tlfn ikut pengiriman jam 5 jam 7nan sampe eh ditunggu sampe esoknya ga ada kabar... Di tlfn lagi paginya bilangnya mba dmana2 macet kalo dilogika engga mungkin dong macet semalam suntuk hanya dari temanggung ke semarang...
