★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya strategis di dekat perempatan sehingga mudah untuk dijangkau dari banyak arah. Halaman parkirnya cukup luas, ada beberapa satpam yang mengatur. Di dalam ada satpam yang membantu customer menunjukkan atau mengambilkan nomor antrian. Ruangan ini tertata rapi, tempat duduk customer saat menunggu juga bersih. Saat pandemi Covid-19 seperti sekarang, tempat duduk dibuat berjarak sesuai protokol kesehatan. Teller menghadap ke arah pintu masuk sedangkan customer service-nya ada di sebelah kanan ruang tunggu. Baik teller maupun customer service-nya ramah dan profesional. Di depan, dekat halaman parkir terdapat bilik ATM. Terdapat empat mesin ATM di dalamnya, Anda tinggal memilih yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

The teller is facing the entrance, while the customer service is on the right side of the waiting room. Both tellers and customer service are friendly and professional. In front, near the parking lot there is an ATM booth. There are four ATM machines in it, you just have to choose the one that suits your needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cs terlalu lama. Loket cs emang ada 4 cukup banyak to yang di buka cuma 2. Lama nunggu pdahl antrian banyak. Tolong agar lebih di tingkatkan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BNI kota Temanggung ini tampak seperti BNI dikota-kota lainnya. Sesuai standar bank dimana-mana. Terdapat tempat parkir yang cukup luas. Ruang antri yang lega. Pelayanan ramah. Tempat bersih dan terawat. Security yang juga ramah pada pengunjung. Saya rasa masih standar seperti bank kebanyakan. Tidak ada yang perlu dikomentari lagi. Bagus!
This Temanggung city BNI looks like BNI in other cities. According to bank standards everywhere. There is a large parking area. Space queued in relief. Friendly service. Clean and well-maintained place. Security is also friendly to visitors. I think it's still standard like most banks. There is nothing to comment on anymore. Very nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrinya luamaaa banget di cs. Padahal cs harusnya ada 3 tapi cuma buka 2 lalu 1 padahal antrian banyak. Sepertinya harus ditingkatkan lagi untuk pelayanan cs nya biar gak menunggu terlalu lama. Antri 14 antrinya sampe 2.5jam lebih.
The queue is very long in cs. Even though cs should have 3 but only open 2 then 1 even though the queue is a lot. Looks like it has to be improved again for the cs service so it doesn't wait too long. Queuing 14 queues up to 2.5 hours more.
