★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have no idea about customer service at all. They just trained people for two weeks. The result was just terrible. I did eyelash extension and i told to the staff earlier before she putted the extension on my eyelashes that do it correctly and slowly. But she did it brutally, i felt that she handled me roughly till my tears out bcs my left eye felt poignant. And when i see the result, it's different!!!! Between the left eyelashes and right eyelashes wasn't equal. And the day after that my left eye was completely red. My left eye irritated, i am sure it was because the glue, that she putted uncorrectly. It was damn painfull. It's not that worth to do eyelashes on here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favorite and cheap, but room, racks and bed a bit dirty and the therapist always talk louder each other and yelling, sometimes playing music on their phone and put it beside my ears, so annoying. They don't have their personal equipments or only provided so limited or have to use together then they have to borrow here and there if they need some.
