★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN! salah satu pekerja memakaikan saya masker setelah proses facial,pekerja tersebut menawarkan saya apakah mata saya ingin ditutup atau tidak,saya memilih untuk tidak ditutup karena selama saya facial berkali kali,mata saya selalu terbuka.Lalu,masker yang dibuat terlalu cair,masker tersebut secara cepat dan langsung mengenai mata saya!mata adalah bagian yang vital!!ketika saya komplain dengan pekerja tersebut,ia malah menyalahkan saya,ia bilang saya mengucek mata saya,padahal JELAS!pekerja yang sedang memfacial pelanggan disebelah saya bilang bahwa masker terlalu cair!sampai saya selesai masker pun pekerja tersebut tidak meminta maaf!
VERY DISAPPOINTING! one of the workers put on me a mask after the facial process, the worker offered me whether my eyes wanted to be closed or not, I chose not to close because during my facials many times, my eyes were always open. Then, the mask was made too runny, the mask was completely quickly and directly on my eyes! eyes are a vital part !! when I complain with the worker, he instead blames me, he says I rubbed my eyes, but CLEARLY! the worker who is approaching the customer next to me says that the mask is too runny! I finished the mask and the worker did not apologize!
