Pegawai tidak memiliki kualifikasi standar sebagai operator sebagai contoh nyata tidak mengetahui dengan jelas ukuran 8R yang digunakan sebagai standar ukuran di setiap studio foto. Pegawai juga tidak sadar diri akibat kelalaiannya bekerja dan lebih menyalahkan instrumen yang digunakan padahal selayaknya operator dia yang memegang kendali. Mohon pemilik menindak lanjuti komentar ini. Thanks.

Saya nggak pernah kasih bintang satu buat sebuah toko tapi terpaksa harus kasih segini. saya datang kesini buat cetak foto karena saya lagi cari tempat foto terdekat dan nggak tahu daerah pondok kelapa dimana lagi, akhirnya Google dan dapatlah disini. Saya sampai di tokonya minta tolong cetak 8R, dan tahu apa respon penjaga tokonya? "8R semana ukurannya ya?" Padahal ini tempat namanya Wira Photo Studio, jelas-jelas harusnya penjualnya lebih tahu betul ukuran-ukuran foto daripada saya. Akhirnya saya Google dan saya kasih tau ukurannya 20.3 x 25.4 cm. Dan ternyata setelah di cetak, ukurannya cuman 19 x 24 cm. Saya juga baru sadar ini setelah sudah di rumah dan alhasil saya harus balik lagi. Pas saya sudah balik lagi, saya protes karena ini ukurannya jelas-jelas salah. Alasan saya strict dengan ukuran foto karena saya mau daftar lomba, bayangkan kalau foto saya didiskualifikasi hanya gara-gara ukurannya salah. Wajar bukan kalau saya, sebagai pembeli yang tidak puas dengan barang yang saya beli, minta ditukar karena itu tanggung jawab penjual yang salah mencetak fotonya? Tapi si penjual/penjaga toko nya langsung benar-benar tidak mau disalahkan, malah menyalahkan komputernya sendiri dan bilang dia sudah betul memasukkan ukurannya. Saya hampir 10 menit debat dengan penjualnya dan menunjukkan jelas-jelas foto yang dihasilkan, ukurannya tidak seauai yang saya pesan dan tidak masuk ukuran 8R. Dan penjual saat itu tidak mau ganti rugi atas kesalahan dan kelalaiannya sendiri. Akhirnya debat diakhiri dengan saya memutuskan tidak usah ditukar karena merasa penjualnya memang tidak kompeten. Mau di debat seperti apapun dia nggak akan ngerti (dan sebelumnya dia sempat tanya lagi bagaimana caranya memasukkan ukurannya di komputer supaya hasilnya bisa sesuai. Loh, itu kan tugas anda sebagai pencetak foto, kenapa malah tanya saya yang pembeli?). Yang pasti saya kecewa sekali dengan pelayanan disini. Padahal penjualnya sampai self-claim kalau dia sudah cetak mencetak selama 5 tahun, biasanya tidak pernah salah. Lah kalau sudah berpengalaman harusnya hasil foto nya tidak salah, dong. Lebih lucunya lagi, pas saya menuntut untuk ketemu dengan pemilik/manajernya, dia tidak mau menelponkan pemiliknya karena katanya tidak ada pulsa jadi saya disuruh telepon sendiri. Pas sudah di titik ini saya benar-benar sudah sangat kesal. Ini kan harusnya tanggung jawab dia menghubungkan saya ke pemiliknya, kok malah saya yang disuruh telepon dengan pulsa saya sendiri? Tolong ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya. Kalau mau jualan cetak foto, penjaganya tolong diganti dengan penjaga yang memang mengerti urusan percetakan. Bukan penjaga yang malah nanya balik ke pembeli nya cara bagaimana mencetak foto biar sesuai actual size nya. Dan cari penjaga yang SOPAN dan punya ATTITUDE. Semoga review ini dibaca sama pemililnya buat jadi evaluasi.
I have never given a star for a shop but I have to give it this much. I came here to print photos because I'm looking for the nearest photo place and I don't know where the coconut cottage area is anymore, finally Google and get it here. I arrived at the shop asking for help printing 8R, and know what the shopkeeper's response was? "Where is the size 8R?" Even though this place is called Wira Photo Studio, obviously the seller should know the photo sizes better than me. Finally I Google and let me know the size is 20.3 x 25.4 cm. And apparently after printing, the size is only 19 x 24 cm. I also just realized this after I got home and as a result I had to go back again. When I returned, I protested because this was clearly the wrong size. The reason I am strict with the size of the photo is because I want to list the race, imagine if my photo was disqualified just because the size was wrong. Isn't it natural that I, as a buyer who is dissatisfied with the goods I bought, ask to be exchanged because it's the responsibility of the seller who prints the photo wrong? But the seller / shopkeeper immediately really did not want to be blamed, instead blamed his own computer and said he had correctly entered the size. I almost debated 10 minutes with the seller and showed clearly the photos produced, the size was not according to what I ordered and did not enter the 8R size. And the seller at that time did not want compensation for his own mistakes and omissions. Finally the debate ended with me deciding not to trade because I felt the seller was indeed incompetent. Want to be debated like anything he will not understand (and before he had time to ask again how to enter the size on the computer so the results can be appropriate. After all, it's your job as a photo printer, why instead ask me the buyer?). To be sure I am very disappointed with the service here. Even though the seller has self-claimed that he has printed for 5 years, usually it is never wrong. Lah if you have experience the photos should not be wrong, please. Even more funny, when I demanded to meet with the owner / manager, he did not want to call the owner because he said there was no credit so I was told to call myself. When I was at this point I was really very upset. This should be his responsibility to connect me to the owner, how come I was told to call on my own credit? Please improve the service. If you want to sell photo prints, please replace the guards with guards who really understand the business of printing. It was not the guard who instead asked the buyer back how to print photos to match the actual size. And look for a guard who is DECENT and has ATTITUDE. Hopefully this review will be read by the voters to make it an evaluation.
