★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a long fan of Raa Cha for about ten years and i had been visiting them regularly in Bandung and Jakarta branches. This particular one, located at Pejaten Village Ground Floor, was the first bad experience i ever had as their customer. There are flies everywhere and crawling at the raw foods (was there on 10 Jun 2018, 15:00). I guess the aircon is not even exist, as the dining area was so bloody hot. The staffs were mostly dressed black&white, the typical trainee. Even the senior staffs were barely smiling or greeting sincerely, rather than showing their gloomy-sad faces. Dear Raa Cha Pejaten Village, i promise myself that i will never visit your place again, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price and tasty. They serve 2 types of stocks and welcome snacks. Table service is available. Cozy. However, not so long ago, I had a terrible experience eating in this place: They were not aware that they serve a pack of raw vegetables with a living worm in it. And I happened to buy it. I complained and they immediately gave me another one. So, please pay attention to what you buy, especially if it is a pack of raw veggies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place! It offers delicious food choices with quite low price compared to other same type restaurant. The place itself is clean and the staffs are great, they even being very thoughtful to give the best seat for us. I really have amazing experience on both of my visits there. Definitely would visit this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location in Pejaten village mall, but the price a bit expensive compare with similar restaurants who serve us with all you can eat foods and drinks with comfortable price. No ocha drink here that you can added more drink with free and everything need to pay here. Would be better if they can learnt and compare with the competitors regarding the service, food quality, variant of menu and worth price to the customer with all you can eat service.
