Saya laundry sarung bantal dan seprei putih - pas balik lebih kotor daripada sebelumnya. Dan di minta cuci ulang juga hasilnya masih sama.
Mending cari tempat lain.
Oh iya, saya pernah kesini ngeliatin mbaknya nyetrika - jadi bajunya dilipat dulu terus yang di setrika hanya bagian depan yang sudah dilipat saja, jadi bagian dalam bajunya masih kusut.
Never do laundry here, the laundry results are super bad.
I did laundry with white pillowcases and sheets - when I returned it was dirtier than before. And asked to wash again, the result is still the same.
Better find another place.
Oh yeah, I've been here to see her ironing - so the clothes are folded first and the iron is only the front that has been folded, so the inside of the clothes are still wrinkled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ternyata setelah baca reviewnya bukan cuman saya yg mengalami. Laundry suka hilang, saat ditanyakan ternyata keselip di tempat penyimpanan. Beberapa kali pakaian hilang (dengan alasan komplain kaos kaki dan dalaman tidak diterima). Pakaian orang lain suka ikut dalam paketan laundry saya. Walaupun info dari pihak laundry penyucian 1 mesin 1 konsumen. Entahlah kenapa bisa masuk keselip.
Sudah berkali-kali di komplain cuman dibalas maaf dan akan kami perbaiki, tapi tetap saja berulang. Pernah sy komplain, eh persis keesokan hari nya apa yg sy komplain kejadian lagi.
Turns out after reading the reviews I'm not the only one experiencing this. Laundry likes to be lost, when asked it turned out to be slipped in the storage area. Several times clothes were lost (with the excuse that socks and underwear were not accepted). Other people's clothes like to come in my laundry packages. Even though the info from the laundry cleaning machine is 1 consumer. I don't know why it slipped.
Complaints have been made many times, but we're just sorry and we'll fix it, but it keeps repeating itself. I once complained, eh, exactly the next day what I complained happened again.
