★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selama ini semua bagus.... Pelayanan dan hasil laundry nya juga blm pernah bermasalah.diantar juga sampai tempat. Semoga ini bs dipertahankan kan untuk kedepannya. Ketelitian dan pelayanan nya agatlr lebih ditingkatkan lagi.
 So far, everything is good.... The service and laundry results have never had a problem. They were also delivered to the place. Hopefully this can be maintained in the future. His accuracy and service can be further improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuci kering di tgl 24 desember 2021 jam 8 pagi dan sudah dipastikan ke mas yg jaga tgl 25 desember buka, karena butuh cepat jadi menggunakan express yg 24 jam selesai.. ternyata tgl 26 des baru dihubungi dan hasil packaging nya menggunakan PLASTIK BEKAS bukan plastik baru. Memang hanya cuci kering saja tidak dilipat tidak disetrika, tp seengga nya setelah dicuci pakai plastik yg baru dong.
Dry cleaning on 24 december 2021 at 8 am and it has been confirmed to the mas who is on duty on 25 december that it will be open, because it needs to be fast so use express which is 24 hours finished.. it turns out that on 26 des just contacted and the packaging results use USED PLASTIC not new plastic . It's only dry cleaning, not folding, not ironing, but at least after washing it uses new plastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Express cuci 1 hari aja, hasil cuciannya wangi sampai tembus dari plastik pembungkusnya.
Untuk harga memang agak premium, tapi setara lah sama hasilnya.
Express washing for 1 day, the results of the laundry smell good until they see through the plastic wrap.
For the price, it's a bit premium, but the results are the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selama menggunakan layanan QnC laundry tidak pernah ada masalah: layanan sesuai: cukup bersih, rapi, tepat waktu dan tidak ada yg hilang.
Agak masalah pas menurut info petugasnya ada terkena musibah kecelakaan, shg layanan cukup tersendat. Tapi dapat dimaklumi.
While using the QnC laundry service, there are never any problems: the service is appropriate: quite clean, neat, on time and nothing is missing.
It was a bit of a problem, according to the information from the officer, that there was an accident, so the service was quite stalled. But understandable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service was excellent. The communication via WA was smooth and timely. The shop representative can handle English communication. I strongly recommend foreigners make a order in this outlet. Their work on my clothes satisfied me as well. The missing point is the payment method. I had a few trouble with paying pick up- and delivery fee that was provided by Grab. I hope they will adapt their way of payment to E-wallet services like GoPay.
