★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gw pertama ke sini ga tau harus minimal 5kg dan bayar di muka. Jadi kalo dibawah 5kg, ya bayar 5kg. Tulisan nya free delivery. Tapi pas gw tanya, ga bisa. Kalo ga karena kepepet libur lebaran, ga bakal gw nyuci di ini laundry 5kiloan. So pissed.
The first time I came here, I didn't know that I had to be at least 5kg and paid in advance. So if it's under 5kg, pay 5kg. The writing is free delivery. But when I asked, I couldn't. If not because I am stuck on Eid holiday, I won't wash it in this 5 kilo laundry. So pissed.

Yg pertama waktu bayar bilangnya akan diantar, alamat dan patokan jg sdh d berikan. Trnyata saya tunggu yg harusnya 3hari jadi satu mingguan blm dianter jg dan ga dihubungi. Pas dihubungi katanya bsk mau d anter. Saya tunggu bsknya, ga di anter jg. sampai akhirnya saya ambil sendiri. Katanya ada kesalahan.
Kedua, Saya coba laundry lg, dg harapan mungkin sdh berubah. Krn pas saya taruh barang, saya sdh komplain jg. Tp ternyata awal di janjikan 4hari (ada d nota) sampai 12 hari blm d antar. dan ketika d hubungi jg tetap blg bsk d antarnya.
Dan alasannya tdk ada yg mengantar
Mksd saya ketika memang lebih dr harinya atau trnyata tdk ada layanan antar, atau tdk ada yg mengantar, better komunikasikan dg pelanggan, atau menghubungi. agar tdk seperti ini dan trs berulang kejadiannya.
Been washing here twice, disappointed twice too.

I'm waiting for the second, it won't be queued too. until finally I took it myself. He said there was a mistake.
Second, I tried to do laundry again, with the hope that it might have changed. Because when I put the item, I already complained too. But it turns out that the initial promise was 4 days (there were notes) to 12 days before delivery. and when d contact it still can't be delivered.
And the reason is no one delivered
Mksd me when it is indeed later than the day or it turns out that there is no delivery service, or there is no delivery, better communicate with the customer, or contact. so that it is not like this and it happens again and again.
