Bis paling menyedihkan yang pernah saya temui...suruh kumpul jam 1 siang sampai 6.30 bis belum juga datang...payah payah payah..
The saddest bus I have ever met ... had to gather at 1pm until 6.30 am still not here ...

Tgl 4 Nov 2017 sy book via telp 1 seat double decker a/n Pak Boedijono utk berangkat 5 Nov 2017. Oleh petugas Anda ditanya apakah pasti brankat sy jwb ya. Tgl 5 Nov saat beli tiket utk brankat nama tsb ternyata tdk ada. Tiket ternyata telah terjual ke org lain tanpa konfirmasi ke sy. Sy sdh 1x gunakan double decker dan sdh rekomen 2 org. Semuanya it's Ok tapi saat rekomen sy yg ke 3 sungguh benar2 mengecewakan. Petugas Anda di telp sungguh tdk profesional beralasan bicara peraturan, anaknya sakit dan bersikap pasif (menunggu ditelp). Saat ini sdh byk double decker tersedia selain Putra Mulya sehingga dpt sy katakan "Sayonara Putra Mulya. You're the first but not the best" Kejadian ini kalo perlu bisa sy upload di medsos.

On November 5 when buying a ticket for the name of the brand, it turned out that it didn't exist. Tickets turned out to have been sold to other people without confirmation to me. I have used double decker and have recommended 2 people. Everything is OK, but when I recommend the 3rd one, it's really disappointing. Your officer on the phone is really unprofessional reasoned to talk about the rules, his child is sick and being passive (waiting to be called). Currently, there are many double deckers available besides Putra Mulya so I can say "Sayonara Putra Mulya. You're the first but not the best" If I need to be able to upload it on social media.

Tgl 3 mei.....jadwal jam 19.00 wib de pulau gebang. Sd pukul 19.30 bis blm dtg....baru sekali coba sdh payah gini....kpn bramgkatnya dr p gebang? Sd pukul 20:39 blm datang? Nyesel deh....gmn nih manajemen? Not recomended buat penumpang yg cr on time...ngeselin
May 3, ..... schedule at 7:00 p.m. de islands gebang. At 7:30 a.m. the bus has not started yet ... just once I tried it, it's hard ... how come the speed of the bus is broken? At 8:39 a.m. no? I'm sorry ... how about management? Not recommended for passengers who are cr on time ... relax

Dear manajemen putra mulya, Saya ingin menyampaikan komplain pada pelayanan sopir dan kondektur bis anda yaitu P20, pada tgl 4 feb 2019. Dr jogja ke jkt. Bahwa driver dan kondektur anda di bis ini MEROKOK DI DALAM BIS, saya bertiga dengan anak yg masih kecil dan istri yg sedang hamil tentu terganggu, apalagi ini bis vip ber Ac, dan ada tanda lambang rokok coret itu pun mungkin hanya untuk penumpang dan tidak berlaku bagi karyawan anda. Ini demi kemajuan po anda, mohon peringati atau training lg karyawan anda tentang pelayanan. Maaf jika saya tidak merekomendasikan PO anda ke publik atas kejadian ini.
Dear Mulya son management, I want to submit a complaint to the driver service and your bus conductor, P20, on 4th feb 2019. Dr jogja goes to That your driver and conductor on this bus are SMOKING IN THE BIS, the three of me with a young child and a pregnant wife are certainly disturbed, especially this VIP bus has an AC, and there is also a scratch-proof cigarette symbol that may only be for passengers and not valid for your employees. This is for the sake of your poop's progress, please commemorate or train your employees about service. Sorry if I do not recommend your PO to the public for this incident.

Sangat buruk pelayanannya dan sangat tidak profesional. Jadi ceritanya saya membeli tiket untuk ibu saya untuk keberangkatan hari rabu, 12 februari 2020 jam 17.35 dari cilandak jaksel untuk bus jurusan Wonogiri, sy pesan kursi SVIP nmr kursi AA (dek bawah), dg armada bus double decker DD01 yg kondisi bus nya bagus krn armada baru, awalnya tidak ada masalah dlm pemesanan tiket (saya pesan via aplikasi r*dbus) dan dpt kursi serta jurusan bus yg sesuai. Tapi ternyata saat hari keberangkatan terdapat bbrp masalah, yg menurut saya sangat mengecewakan dan tidak memperhatikan kenyamanan pasien. 1. Bus berangkat telat sekitar 30 menitan lebih 2. Kursi ibu saya tiba tiba diganti, dari AA menjadi BB (tadinya sederet sendiri jadi yg berdua) 3. Armada bus yg tadinya bagus saat naik di cilandak (DD01), tapi saat di pulogebang ibu saya disuruh turun dan ganti armada bus (dg kondisi armada bus yg kurang bagus) 4. Ternyata pemberhentian terakhir bus nya cuma sampai terminal tirtonadi solo, bukan di wonogiri seperti tertulis di tiket yg kita pesan dan yg kita bayar, sehingga ibu saya terpaksa turun di terminal solo yg saat itu jam 03 pagi. Dari beberapa masalah diatas, menurut saya pelayanan bus Putera Mulya sangatlah buruk dan jauh dari kata memuaskan, tidak profesional dan sangat mengecewakan. Saran dari saya, bagi yg pengen membeli tiket bus putera mulya, terutama untuk orang tua, mohon dipertimbangkan matang matang, jangan sampe menyesal dan mengalami kejadian tidak menyenangkan seperti yg ibu saya alami. Demikian, terimakasih.
Very bad service and very unprofessional. So the story is I bought a ticket for my mother for Wednesday departure, 12 February 2020 at 17.35 from South Tangerang for the Wonogiri bus, I ordered an SVIP seat for AA seats (lower deck), with a DD01 double decker bus fleet with good bus condition new fleet, initially there were no problems in booking tickets (I ordered via the application r * dbus) and get seats and bus directions accordingly. But apparently on the day of departure there were some problems, which in my opinion were very disappointing and did not pay attention to the patient's comfort. 1. The bus departs about 30 minutes late 2. My mother's chair was suddenly replaced, from AA to BB (it was a series of myself into the two) 3. The bus fleet which was good when riding in Cilandak (DD01), but when in Pulogebang my mother was told to go down and change the bus fleet (with a bad bus fleet condition) 4. It turned out that the last stop of the bus only reached the Tirtonadi terminal, not in Wonogiri as written on the ticket we ordered and what we paid for, so my mother was forced to get off at the solo terminal which was then at 3am. Of the several problems above, in my opinion the Putera Mulya bus service is very bad and far from satisfying, unprofessional and very disappointing. My advice, for those who want to buy a son's bus ticket mulya, especially for parents, please consider carefully, do not regret it and experience unpleasant events like what my mother experienced. Thank you.
