★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seperti biasa, jam keberangkatan dan tempat duduk tidak tepat, pesan via website di kursi 2ab tapi kenyataan dapat 6ab, ac panas, dan kamar mandi bau pipis disepanjang bis...
 As usual, departure times and seats are not correct, ordered via the website at seat 2ab but the fact is that it gets 6ab, hot air conditioning, and smelly bathroom pee along the bus...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminak pulao gebang sudah bagus dan agen2 yg ada dalam terminal tertata rapi cuma sayang agen2 yg sudah tidak digunakan lagi mengapa tdk di hapus du gogel ,( map ) jadi tdk muter2 nyari pada hal sudah ditutup alamat maupun nomor telponnya trima kasih
Terminak pulao gebang is good and the agents in the terminal are neatly arranged, it's just a shame the agents who are no longer used, why not delete them on google, (map) so they don't look for things that have been closed, the address or phone number, thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus tidak memadai, sudah beberapa kali naik bus bermasalah sampai menunda perjalanan 4-5 jam. Jadwal keberangkatan selalu molor. Ditambah pelayanan staf yang kurang ramah.
Buses are not adequate, have taken several problematic buses to delay the trip for 4-5 hours. Departure schedule is always delayed. Plus the service of the staff is not friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kapok naik pahala kencana. Bengong di terminal 4-5 jam cuma buat nungguin bus telat dari jadwal. Udah bisnya gak update, fasilitas gak sesuai yg diiklan traveloka, waktu tempuh yg juga molor, dah kapok.
Kapok has a golden reward. Standing at the terminal for 4-5 hours just to wait for the bus to be late from schedule. The bus is not updated, the facilities are not as advertised by traveloka, the travel time is also delayed, I have given up.
