★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya kurang ramah untuk bagian pendaftaran, dan pas pendaftaran kn sekarang BPJS online bukan langsung ada kartunya, di pendaftaran benar" di paksa harus ada kartunya yg asli padahal pandemi seperti ini kartu BPJS online bukan berupa kartu, sampai saya ngalah pakai umum saja. Dan tolong diperbaiki pelayanannya, jangan sampai terulang ke menengah kebawah kasihan klu baru buat BPJS pas pandemi terus pakai online gak bisa di gunakan?
The service is not friendly for the registration section, and when you register, now BPJS online doesn't have a card right away, the registration is correct, it's forced to have an original card, even though in a pandemic like this, BPJS online cards are not in the form of cards, until I give up using public only. And please the service is improved, don't let it be repeated to the lower middle, sorry if you just made BPJS during the pandemic, you can't use it online ?
