Pelayanan nya sangat tidak memuaskan, Apalagi di depot obat, pelayannya sering banget bilang "obatnya habis" contoh orang sakitnya batuk masa ga dikasih obat batuk,gmn mau sembuh???

Untuk puskesmas Tenjolaya yang baru,,pelayanan pengambilan obat nya harus lebih ramah ke pasien ya,,jangan pake emosi...harus melayani masyarakat dengan baik dan bijak

Dilema memang kalau soal "obat habis" apalagi kalau jumlah pasien di puskesmas mana pun di Indonesia ini sangat banyak per harinya dan yang butuh obat secara otomatis jadi sangat banyak. FYI : obat-obatan dan beberapa jenis barang logistik dipasok oleh dinas terkait dan itu harus didistribusikan ke semua faskes di wilayah kerja masing-masing dalam hal ini di wilayah Kabupaten Bogor. Jelas kewalahan pemerintah daerahnya menurut saya sebagai orang awam. Belum lagi anggarannya yang memang kurang. Jadi mohon maklum, kita tidak perlu sebegitunya tidak toleran atau sebegitu kesalnya terhadap apa yang pemerintah berikan kepada masyarakat melalui unit-unit pelayanannya walaupun saya sendiri sering mengelus dada kalau soal layanan pemerintah. Jumlah penduduk Indonesia ini terlalu banyak, tidak seimbang rasionya dengan unit layanan yang ada, begitu pun rasio SDM yang ada di unit layanan dengan jumlah yang dilayani juga tidak seimbang, akhirnya mereka harus bekerja lebih keras belum lagi masyarakat juga banyak tuntutannya. Hal-hal seperti ini juga dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pemahaman dan pendidikan masyarakat di negeri kita ini masih rendah, jadi seringkali tidak sinkron antara yang memberi keterangan dengan yang menerima keterangan, akhirnya sering muncul kesalahpahaman. Kita mulai perbaiki diri sendiri dulu saja dengan hal-hal yang kecil, toh kita pribadi saja mungkin masih sering buang sampah sembarangan, buang ludah sembarangan, mengabaikan lampu pengatut lalu lintas, atau sering melanggar tata tertib. Lucu juga sihh,, =D

It is clear that the regional government is overwhelmed in my opinion as a layman. Not to mention the budget which is indeed lacking. So please understand, we don't need to be so intolerant or so annoyed at what the government is giving to the people through its service units, even though I myself often rub my chest when it comes to government services. The population of Indonesia is too large, the ratio is not balanced with the existing service units, so the ratio of human resources in the service unit to the number served is also not balanced, in the end they have to work harder not to mention that the community also has a lot of demands. Matters like this are also influenced by the level of understanding and education of the people in our country which is still low, so it is often out of sync between those who provide information and those who receive information, eventually misunderstandings often arise. We start to fix ourselves first with small things, even though we personally may still littering, littering, ignoring traffic lights, or often violating regulations. It's funny ,, = D

Saya dan keluarga sangat kecewa sama pelayanan puskesmas Tenjolaya. Kejadian tadi pagi bini saya di marahin sama pegawai resep obat yang ibu2 toa. Bini saya cmn nanya bukan komplen.malah marah2 tu petugas.kesalahan bukan ada di pihak saya kenapa ngedata nama pas daftar harus salah kan di BPJS jlas nm Nya..tolong di perhatikan pelayanan nya.jgn marah2 gak jelas.SeBelum banyak yang komplen lagi.tolong di tindak lanjuti tuh pelayan sok seenak nya mulut.

Ngeselin banget udah antri rujukan lama-lama dr pagi eh pas udh jam stg 9 an dokternya baru bilang hari ini ga ngelayanin rujukan gara gara stafnya ngurusin vaksin. Ga briefing dulu apa gimana si. Kadang alur minta perpanjang rujukan jg gajelas. Sometimes hrs ikut antri dulu nemuin dokter, kadang langsung ke bawah tangga. Cik atuhlah bu yaallah. Admin instagram nya juga ga update, ditanyain jadwal vaksin selanjutnya ga dibales2 padahal posting feed. Sebulan kemudian baru dibales wkwwk udh divaksin ditempat lain

Tolong kepada pihak terkait ruang rawat agar lebih baik lagi klw bisa gunakan ac agar nyaman ke yang sakit maupun yg tunggu.klw malam kerasa di dalam oven apalagi siang. Di tambah banyak lalat.
