happy to get treatment here because besides the doctor & the medicine it works, the professional officer, the waiting room is also comfortable. the queue is clear and orderly.

Yg jelas saya kurang puas dalam pasilitas jga kurang
Please help service during recess or mealtime or prayer hours. Can you not rest in rolung. Alternate so that pasen is not abandoned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas pendaftarannya tidak ramah.. Mau perpanjang surat rujukan BPJS, sehari cuma dibatasin 5 pasien saja. Saya datang jam 8 lewat kuota perpanjang surat rujukan BPJS sudah habis.. Padahal banyak juga yang mau perpanjang, terpaksa pulang.. Mohon ditinjau kembali kebijakan ini.. Gimana masyarakatnya bisa sehat kalau kuotanya cuma 5 sehari? Kalau dokternya sih ramah.
The registration officer is not friendly ... Want to extend the BPJS referral letter, a day is limited to only 5 patients. I came at 8 through the quota for extending the BPJS referral letter. Even though many of them wanted to renew, they had to go home. Please review this policy. How can the community be healthy if the quota is only 5 a day? The doctor is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loket pendaftarannya lama. Udh masuk jam kerja tapi belum mulai panggilan (08:18). Banyak anak kecil nunggu mau imunisasi, banyak lansia juga yg mau berobat, pada harus nunggu yg gatau kapan dipanggilnya (dimulai). Tolong lebih diperhatikan dan diperbaiki kedisiplinannya, khususnya jam operasional agar pasien tidak terlalu lama menunggu.
The registration counter is long. I have entered working hours but have not started calling (08:18). Many young children are waiting for immunizations, many elderly people also want treatment, they have to wait for someone who doesn't know when to be called (started). Please pay more attention and improve the discipline, especially operating hours so that patients don't wait too long.
