★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam buka/tutupnya ga jelas. Udah 3 kali datang, pertama gerbang di kunci, kedua tutup, ketiga kali masih tutup juga. Ga bisa di andalkan.
Opening/closing hours are not clear. I've come 3 times, the first time the gate is locked, the second is closed, the third time it's still closed too. Cannot be relied on.

Today is 31/03/22, I checked the lab the doctor did not explain the lab results, I want to be lazy, the doctor is really bad, please fix the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy kecewa sm puskesmas sukamaju baru. Vaksin utk warga yg notabene tinggal dikompleks tidak dipermudah. Ngga tau yg dinomorsatukan pihak mana... dimana mana sdh dipermudah. Vaksin on the spot ngga pakai ribet! Rs. Mall. Polres polsek depok bikin vaksin tanpa tanya ini itu. Hanya cukup ktp & kk kopi plus lembar vaksin 1 kl sudah divaksin. Puskesmas lain pun mau trima warga lain utk vaksin.

Baru tanya...
Ditanya BPJS... Ditanya vaksin kesatu dimana..?
Akhirnya jawabannya "HANYA DOSIS PERTAMA DISUKAMAJU YG DILAYANI UTK VAKSIN KEDUA".
Aneh banget!
Sedangkan vaksin pertama mau daftar dipuskesmas sukamajubaru susahnya minta ampun....!! Hrs online... kuota kurang.. penuh.. coba besok.. ngga ada lagi... kesediaan astra ngga banyak bla bla bla..
Nenek tua yg ga punya hp gimana????

Kalian ada dilingkungan perumahan KOMP TNI AD itu paling tdk bs mengutamakan warga yg tinggal sekitar dong.
Puji syukur sy sdh dapat vaksin kedua dipolres.
Hanya sekedar masukan utk puskesmas sukamajubaru spy bs lebih baik lg dlm pelayanan.
I'm disappointed with the new Sukamaju Health Center. Vaccines for residents who in fact live in complexes are not made easy. I don't know which side comes first... where it's been made easier. Vaccines on the spot don't have to be complicated! Rs. Mall. The Depok Police Precinct made a vaccine without asking this question. Just enough ID & KK coffee plus 1 kl vaccine sheet that has been vaccinated. Other health centers also want to accept other residents for vaccines.

Asked by BPJS... Asked where is the first vaccine..?
Finally the answer is "ONLY THE FIRST DOSE OF DISUKAMAJU IS SERVED FOR THE SECOND VACCINE".
Weird!
While the first vaccine wants to register at the Sukamaju Health Center, it's hard to ask for forgiveness....!! Must be online... quota is not enough.. full.. try tomorrow.. not available anymore... not much availability of astra blah blah blah..
How about an old grandma who doesn't have a cellphone???
Please fix it.
Don't disappoint.
If you are in the KOMP TNI AD housing environment, you can at least give priority to the people who live around it.
Thank God I got the second vaccine at the Police.
Just an input for the Sukamajubaru Health Center so that it can be better in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ibu saya berobat ke puskesmas ini, di tensi darah, bb, tinggi, tapi sama dokter nya gak di periksa sama sekali, cuma di tanya keluhan nya apa dan di resep kan obat.
Kayanya stetoskop itu dasar nya kalo utk dokter, tp kenapa gak dipakai.
My mother went to this health center for treatment, her blood pressure was high, bb, high, but the doctor didn't check it at all, she was only asked what her complaint was and was prescribed medicine.
It seems like a stethoscope is basically for doctors, but why not use it.
