★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter gak sabar sm balita. Anakku 2 thn takut sm dokter, menurutku wajar tp dokternya bilang anakku AGRESIF dan gak bisa meriksa krn anakny AGRESIF. Akhirnya anakku gak dipegang cm diresepin obat bapil.
Doctors can't wait for toddlers. My 2 year old son is afraid of the doctor, I think it's natural but the doctor says my son is AGGRESSIVE and can't check because his son is AGGRESSIVE. In the end, my son was not held and he was prescribed bapil medicine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mbak mbak perawat yg di depan pake kacamata loreng2 sangat tidak sopan, tidak ramah, nyolot, pokoknya gak ramah bgt laaah. Ktp saya di balikinnua dilempar. Aneh. Customer service nya kurang bgt pokoknya. Kalau gak terpaksa ya gak kesana.
Dokternya baik sih, komunikatif.
Tp saya gak suka aja sm mbak2 nya yg kacamata loreng2, 2x kesana gak sopan bgttt, pecat aja rak wis
Ma'am, the nurse at the front is wearing camouflage glasses, very rude, unfriendly, stubborn, just not very friendly. My ID card behind it was thrown. Weird. The customer service is really lacking. If you don't have to, don't go there.
The doctor is good, communicative.
But I don't like it, the ladies and gentlemen who wear the glasses, going there twice, it's not very polite, just fire the rack wis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter ramah, TAPI pelayanan mbak2 yang di depan, terutama yang berkaca mata SANGATLAH BURUK DAN TIDAK PANTAS! Jika Anda bekerja di bidang yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan masyarakat, sifat Anda sangatlah tidak mencerminkan sedikitpun keramahan, bahkan sampai membentak konsumen yang ingin beli obat, hanya karena konsumen tidak mendengar. Raut wajah pun terlihat kesal dan seperti tidak mau melayani pembeli obat, apakah ini patut disebut pelayanan yang baik? Saya juga ingin berkonsultasi mengenai obat apa yang sekiranya tepat, tapi jika diperlakukan demikian saya jadi enggan mengulangi hal yang sama di klinik ini, karena pelayanan yang sangat mengerikan dan tidak pantas. Saya rasa mbak2 tersebut pun juga tidak mau jika dibentak2. SANGAT TIDAK PROFESSIONAL!
The doctor is friendly, BUT the service from the ladies at the front, especially the one with glasses is VERY BAD AND INAPPROPRIATE! If you work in a field related to public service, your nature does not reflect the slightest hospitality, even to the point of yelling at consumers who want to buy drugs, just because consumers don't listen. The expression on his face looks annoyed and looks like he doesn't want to serve drug buyers, does this deserve to be called good service? I also want to be consulted about what medicine is appropriate, but if it is treated like that, I am so reluctant to repeat the same thing at this clinic, because the service is very terrible and inappropriate. I don't think these ladies even want to be yelled at. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya sebenarnya ramah sekali dan sudah beberapa kali datang kesini karena memang setiap sakit periksa kesini.
Tapi yg sangat disayangkan adalah mbak2 yg ada di depan sangat sangat tidak ramah. Memberi obat dengan cara dibanting dan muka cemberut. Sangat disayangkann. Baru kali ini mendapat pelayanan yg tidak mengenakan. Semoga bisa diperbaiki
