★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang cekatan, antrian pemeriksaan tidak jelas,, nunggu antrian periksa lebih dari satu jam, seharusnya nomer antrian bukan hanya untuk pendaftaran tpi juga untuk antrian pemeriksaan
Service is not nimble, the inspection queue is not clear ,, waiting for the check queue is more than an hour, the queue number should not only be for registration but also for the inspection queue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk. Di bagian pendaftaran minta nota/kwitansi karena dibutuhkan kantor tp jawaban dr bagian administrasi "cuma 6000 minta nota ?". Nota/kwitansi hak dr pasien berapapun jumlahnya.
Bad service. The registration section asked for a note/receipt because the office needed it, but the answer from the administration was "only 6000 ask for a note?". Notes/receipts of rights from patients regardless of the amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya cukup nyaman. Pelayanan baik kecuali bagian administrasi. Di bagian administrasi pelayanan sangat buruk, orangnya nggak ramah. Ada pasien nunggu juga malah ditinggal ngobrol. Ngobrol disini dlm artian bukan urusan pekerjaan. Jadwal buka nggak sesuai sama yang tertera di atas, kadang jam 08.00 baru buka. Itupun pegawainya masih jajan, bergurau dan segala macem.
The place is quite comfortable. Good service except for the administration. In the administration, the service is very bad, the people are not friendly. There are patients waiting and even left to talk. Chatting here in the sense that it's not a job. The opening schedule does not match the one listed above, sometimes at 08.00 it just opens. Even then, the employees are still snacking, joking and all kinds of things.
