β β β β β pelayanan buruk.. sudah daftar tapi ga masuk di online, padahal jelas dapat pesan .. tapi pas datang tidak terdaftar, sebenernya kerjanya apa sih orang2 yang bekerja untuk pemerintah ini? lambat sekali kerjanya.. kecewa sekali dengan pelayanan di sini
bad service .. already registered but not online, even though I obviously got an order .. but when I arrived it wasn't registered, what do these people actually work for the government? very slow work .. very disappointed with the service here

Tolong diadakan nomor antrian pendaftaran pasien. Agar lebih teratur dan lebih tertib.
Saya datang sebelum jam 8 pagi dan menunggu lama sekali dengan rasa tidak nyaman.
Yang baru datang malah dilayani duluan.
Barang kali ulasan ini dapat dibaca oleh ybs.

β β β β β Cukup terkesan dengan puskesmas ini. Layanan cukup cepat. Sistem sudah terintegrasi dengan memakai tablet. Dari masuk pertama, saya cukup menulis nama utk mendapat nomor antrian. Dan sampai mendapat obat terus pulang, saya lihat tidak ada kegiatan tulis menulis manual lagi. Semoga layanan dapat ditingkatkan terus
Quite impressed with this puskesmas. Service is quite fast. The system is integrated using a tablet. From the first entry, I just write the name to get the queue number. And until I get the medicine and go home, I see no more manual writing activities. Hopefully the service can be improved continuously

β β β β β Layanan antri yang tertib tempat nya bersih dan nyaman, tersedia parkir untuk motor di depan puskesmas, jika mobil tidak bs masuk... Dekat dengan kantor PLN kalideres, mau mengurus BPJS pun lumayan mudah disini walaupun tidak serta merta 24 jam layanan nya... Maklum ini puskesmas yang merangkap faskes 1 hehe? sekian dan terima kasih pemirsa untuk meluangkan waktu untuk membaca review dari saya

β β β β β Pelayanan lama bgt kebanyakan ngobrol SMA main hp dokter & petugas nya g bikin pasien nunggu terlalu lama , klo bisa di tambah lagi pelayanan nya agar cepat orang skit butuh obat bukan harapan .
The service is very long, mostly high school chats, playing on the doctor's cellphone & the officers don't make patients wait too long, if you can add more services so that people who are sick need medicine, not hope.

β β β β β pelayanannya jadi agak sedikit lama sejak ada pelayanan vaksin karna dokternya hanya 1, namun tidak masalah karena tertutupi dengan dokternya dokter tasya baik dan ramah sekali.

β β β β β Hari ini 18 april 2022,,,pelayanan sangat farah yang saya rasakan pendaftaran via online dengan nomor urut 1 yang tertera di antrian sesuai jam pelayanan buka baru bisa di panggil tuk periksa tensi saja hampir 2 jam lebih tggu,,,setelah suruh tggu lagi tuk periksa dengan dokter poli'a,,,sistem atau SDM yang bermasalah di puskesmas kelurahan kalideres saya pribadi pun gk tau,,sangat bnyak keluh dan kesah perihal pelayanan puskesmas di kelurahan kalideres tapi gk ada tindak lnjut'a
