★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya sangat tidak baik, baru masuk di bagian depan nya udah di ketusin, hampir semua nya ketus mau nanya perihal vaksin di kasih nomer hotline nya suruh wa kesana kata nya, pas saya wa sama sekali ga di bales. Semoga kedepan nya lebih di tingkatkan lagi dalam segi pelayanan nya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagian pendaftaran ada 2 orang. Yg pake kerudung baik. Yg 1 lagi galak dan ucapan kata2nya seperti tidak ada attitudenya. Sisanya semua baik, dokter baik, perawat baik. Bahkan dokter sangat sabar menjelaskan kalau saya tidak paham.
Mohon agar pihak puskesmas melihat google review. Karna bukan hanya saya yg complain. Banyak org yg complain terkait ibu2 bagian pendaftaran
There are 2 people in the registration section. The one who wears the hood is good. The other one is fierce and his words seem to have no attitude. The rest are all good, doctors are good, nurses are good. Even the doctor was very patient in explaining if I didn't understand.
Please see the health center to see the google review. Because I'm not the only one complaining. Many people complain about the mothers in the registration section

Saya udh sopan" Langsung di jawab dgn ketus. Akhirnya saya ke bapak" Yang namanya pak nurdin, ga tau ya itu sebagai apa. Tapi alhamdulillah dilayani lebih baik sama pak nurdin ini dan di arahkan ke bidan jg yg memang baik jga.
Ini PUSKESMAS. ini PUSAT PELAYANAN MASYARAKAT, harusnya bisa lebih baik memberi pelayanan. Toh semua dibicarakan dgn baik" Akan ketemu hasil baiknya.
FYI, ada yg ga jadi berobat gara" Liat bagian pendaftarannya GALAK. Akhirnya beliau pulang lagi.
Semoga bisa menjadi perhatian dan kritik membangun kedepannya. Terimakasih ?
