Kenapa bikin surat apa aja dipersulit sampai 3x balik Padahal sudah ada komputer online bikin surat g sampai 10 menit sudah jadi Sudah jadi kan balik lagi kelurahan, yang sudah minta tanda tangan RT dan RW

Senin lalu saya kesni, sampai jam stgh 10 pagi pak lurah ga datang. Pegawai setempat pun ga tau apa2, ada bbrp warga mau urus administrasi disuruh pulang karena pelayanan tutup. Security memperlakukan warga tidak ramah.

Sangat tidak berkenan ketika mengurus hal hal administrasi di kelurahan ini, tempat strategis dan nyaman tetapi pelayanan yang diberikan berbanding terbalik dengan tempatnya, mungkin jika di baca oleh instansi terkait tolong dikaji lagi kualitas pegawai dan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh kelurahan ini. Saat ingin mengurus hal administrasi selalu rumit, garda pertama yang berada di meja resepsionis adalah security yang menurut saya kurang kompeten untuk menjelaskan suatu hal kepada warga yang ingin mengurus sesuatu, karena hal itu warga jadi mendapatkan informasi yang salah dan menjadi bolak balik mengurus suatu hal. Ditambah juga lurah yang tidak ada di kelurahan sampai siang hari, saat saya disana hampir setiap hari saya kesana dan lurah baru ada saat siang dan sore hari, apa memang disana jam kerja itu menggunakan waktu berbeda? Jelas tidak kan. Dan juga selain satpam hanya ada 1 pegawai yang terlihat saat melayani masyarakat di meja resepsionis kadang pegawai laki laki kadang wanita. Tetapi ketika hari sabtu sangat banyak sekali pegawai yang muncul di kelurahan. Aneh. Mungkin dapat dijadikan kritikan selaku masyarakat yang dekat dengan kelurahan tetapi sangat tidak puas dengan pelayanan seperti ini, lebih baik mengurus suatu hal di kelurahan pabuaran dulu dibanding di pabuaran Mekar. No offense, hanya mengkritik untuk membangun, semoga di notice pemerintah Kab. Bogor.
It is very displeasing to take care of administrative matters in this sub-district, the location is strategic and comfortable but the services provided are inversely proportional to the place, maybe if they are read by the related agencies, please review the quality of employees and the quality of services provided by this kelurahan. When you want to take care of administrative matters, it is always complicated, the first guard at the reception desk is security, which in my opinion is not competent to explain something to residents who want to take care of something, because of that, residents get wrong information and go back and forth to take care of things. Plus the lurah is not in the urban village until noon, when I was there almost every day I went there and the village chief was only there during the day and evening, is it really there that working hours use different times? Obviously not. And besides the security guard there is only 1 employee who is seen serving the community at the reception desk, sometimes male employees sometimes female. But when Saturdays there are a lot of employees who show up in the urban village. Strange. Maybe it can be criticized as a community close to the kelurahan but very dissatisfied with services like this, it is better to take care of something in Pabuaran Village first than in Pabuaran Mekar. No offense, just criticizing for building, hopefully the district government notice. Bogor.

Kurang baik... Terutama pelayanan dari bu vita.. yang terus membohongi keluarga kami.. awalnya saya mengurus sendiri N1 N4 kk ipar saya.. karena terlalu banyak permintaan dan lumayan sulit.. karyawan kantor kelurahan pabuaran mekar (bu vita) menyampaikan kepada saya untuk bisa bantu saya nembak N1 N4 tapi dari tggl 14 oktober 2021 sampai sekarang 24 oktober 2021 belum juga ada hasil.. yg ada habya janji..
Not good... Especially the service from Mrs. Vita.. who continues to lie to our family.. At first I took care of my sister-in-law's N1 N4.. because there were too many requests and it was quite difficult.. Pabuaran Bloom's kelurahan office employee (Bu Vita) told me to be able to help me shot N1 N4 but from October 14, 2021 until now, October 24, 2021, there has been no result.. there are only promises..

Kondisi lingkungan nya bersih dan rapih Banyak tanaman yang membuat suasana menjadi asri Halaman tempat parkir luas sehingga bisa parkir dengan nyaman Namun, untuk pelayanannya sangat kurang baik, walaupun berkas terkait administrasi dapat diproses hingga selesai Pelayanan oleh pegawainya kurang responsif dan tergolong kurang baik melayani masyarakat Kerapihan dan kesigapan pegawai sangat tidak baik Seperti yang terlampirkan dalam foto, pegawai malah santai dan makan di meja pelayanan tanpa menghiraukan masyarakat yang datang.
