Ancur bed dah pelayanan nya kacau.. pecatin aja tuh semuanya.... jangan ampe ada dah yg ke puskesmas legok. Mending ke puskesmas lain..
Ancur bed and the service is messed up.. just fire everything....don't let anyone go to the legok health center. Better to go to another hospital..

Untuk orang bagian proses KIA kurang baik dalam cara berbahasa dan penyampaian,masa orang ga tau malah di salahkan yg ada juga di kasih tau begini" jangan nge gass terus dalam tutur bahasanya kalian gimana kalo menangani yg mau lahiran yg ada kaga sabar buat normal lahiran pun. Tolong di beri arahan agar ramah pada masyarakat

Pelayanannya parah buruk dan burig.... Kita sebagai pasien kalo ga butuh2 amat juga ga mau...

Poli gigi buka jam 8, udah dtg sblm jam 7 dpt no.urut terakhir tp nggak klhtn org2nya. Sistem antriannya msh manual lewat satpam & dr jam 6 sudah dibuka. Knp tdk menggunakan mesin antrian & br bnr2 dibuka begitu jam loket jg dibuka.
The dental clinic opens at 8, arrived before 7, got the last serial number but didn't see the people. The queuing system is still manual through the security guard & since 6 o'clock it has been opened. Why don't you use the queue machine & br bnr2 is opened as soon as the counter is also opened.

Sangat puas imunisasi anak disini, pelayanannya sangat baik. Security, petugas pendaftaran dan bidannya baik dan ramah bgt.. Puskesmas nya jg bersih dan nyaman. Terima kasih

Hari ini pertama kali saya mendatangi puskesmas Legok (gedung yang baru), poli yg dtuju yaitu poli gigi, nah untuk mengambil no pndaftran d harapkan datang k puskesmasnya jam 06.00 pagi, plisss jangan ampe telat yaaa soalnya no antrian d batesin, nnt keabisan no antrian (nyesek banget d hari sblmnya dateng jam 7an udah habis no antrian, akhirnya pulang lg deh). Nah buka pendaftaran jam 08.00, nnt nunggu panggilan dr bagian pendaftran, setelah itu kita bayar tiga rebu rupiah, laluuuu setelah itu kita tunggu d depan ruangan poli gigi, sambil nunggu nnt kita isi form, cek tekann darah, d timbang dll. Nah kbetulan waktu itu saya periksa 2org yaaa (suami-istri), dan saya daftar umum (bayar) bukan BPJS. Ssetiap pemeriksaan ibu dokter mnjelaskan, kalo tindakan begini bayar nya segitu, dan masih banyak lagi penjelasan2 yg d sampaikam dokter, jujur seneng banget dapat penjelasan detail seperti itu... Nah tindakan kemarin, suami saya d cabut gigi geraham atas (dokter nya aga wanti2 takut pndarahan, alhamdulillah suami saya tidak sampe) bayarnya 100k (utk biaya mungkin akan beda2 tergantung tindakan yaaa) Nah klo saya tambal gigi geraham, bayarnya 80k (utk biaya mungkin akan beda2 tergantung tindakan yaaa), seneng banget akhirnya bisa nemuin puskesmas yg bisa tambal gigi dgn harga terjangkau, jujur kmrn saya bbrp kali k puskesmas rata2 tidak ada pelayann tambal gigi (Krna lg pandemi) Jadi secara keseluruhan saya datang k puskesmas legok (Poli gigi), pelayanannya sangat memuaskan, dokternya baek banget (Mmberikan penjelasan detail) Terimakasih

Now, open registration at 08.00, then wait for a call from the registration department, after that we pay three thousand rupiah, then after that we wait in front of the dental clinic, while waiting we will fill out the form, check blood pressure, and weigh etc. Well, at that time, I checked 2 people (husband and wife), and I registered publicly (paid) not BPJS. Every time the doctor's mother explains, if this action costs that much, and there are many other explanations that the doctor gives, honestly, I'm really happy to get a detailed explanation like that... Now yesterday's action, my husband had his upper molar removed (the doctor was wary of bleeding, thank God my husband didn't arrive) he paid 100k (the cost may vary depending on the action) Now, if I get my molars filled, I pay 80k (the cost may vary depending on the action), I'm really happy to finally find a health center that can fill my teeth at an affordable price, to be honest, I've been to the puskesmas several times, on average, there's no filling service. pandemic) So overall I came to the legok health center (dental polyclinic), the service was very satisfying, the doctor was really good (gives a detailed explanation) Thank you

Senang sekali bisa dilayani dengan dr. Sardi .. dokter nya ramah baik penuh empati .. puskesmas legok dari segi pelayanan sudah OK .. akan tetapi kritik sedikit untuk dokter atau nakes di poli umum .. mohon untuk lebih baik lagi pelayanan nya. Berikanlah pemahaman kepada pasien dengan jelas sabar dan rendah hati .. saya lupa tanya dokter hari ini tgl 12 Maret 2022 pukul 9 pagi .. dokternya wanita memang energik tapi mohon lebih ramah lagi .. tidak perlu nada tinggi atau bersuara kencang dalam menjelaskan kepada pasien.. akhirnya saya konsul kembali dengan dr.Sardi untuk lebih meyakinkan prosedur yg harus saya jalani.semoga lebih baik lagi ibu dokter di poli umum .. dan sehat selalu untuk dr.Sardi dan nakes yg bertugas.Aamiin

Sardi .. the doctor is friendly and full of empathy .. the legok health center in terms of service is OK .. but a little criticism for doctors or health workers in general poly .. please for better service. Give understanding to patients clearly, patiently and humble.. I forgot to ask the doctor today, March 12, 2022 at 9 am.. the female doctor is energetic but please be more friendly.. no need for a high tone or loud voice in explaining to patients. Finally, I consul again with dr.Sardi to be more sure about the procedure that I have to undergo.Hopefully the doctor at the general polyclinic will be better..and always healthy for dr.Sardi and the health workers on duty.Amen
