β β β β β Tdi pagi saya bawa ibu saya berobat ke puskesmas ini, pertama awal daftar saya pikir ini pelayanan'a lumayan bagus tapi pas selesai daftar ibu saya di arahkan untuk ke poli umum, dri situ saya menunggu lama sekali, nama ibu saya pun tidak di panggilΒ² padahal udh di kasih no atriannya untuk brobat ke poli umum, saya curiga dan saya bertanya ke ibuΒ² yg di panggil untuk periksa ke poli umum karna saya lihat lebih dahulu dateng saya dari pada si ibu tersebut dan si ibu tersebut no 34 sedangkan ibu saya no28
Saya bingung lalu saya masuk ke ruang poli tersebut bertanya ke dokter yg ibuΒ² badan'a gemuk dan dia tidak merespon sama sekali, dan saya bertanya kembali ke suster yg lain, saya menjelaskan secara detail dan dia pun langsung membantu saya dengan cepat,
Setelah berhadapan langsung dokternya seperti dokterΒ² praktek gitu, nanyaΒ² berat bdan, kan kita tidak tau berpa bb kita karna kadang naik kadang turun dan di dalam ruangan itu pun tidak ada timbangan untuk bb
Dan aneh lagi pas tensi darah dokternya malah tanya ke pasien tensinya brapa, padahal suster sebelumnya sudah bicara ke dokter tersebut
Intinya kapok buat ke paskes ini lagi, baru pertama cukup mengecewakan
This morning I took my mother for treatment to this health center, at the beginning of the list I thought this service was pretty good but when the list was finished my mother was directed to go to the general poly, from there I waited for a long time, my mother's name was not called even though I have been given the atria number for brobat to the general poly, I was suspicious and I asked the mothers who were called to check with the general poly because I saw that I came earlier than the mother and the mother was number 34 while my mother was number 28
I was confused then I went into the poly room and asked the doctor who is a fat woman and she didn't respond at all, and I asked another nurse, I explained in detail and she immediately helped me quickly,
After dealing directly with the doctor like practicing doctors, asking questions about our weight, we don't know what our weight is because sometimes it goes up and sometimes it goes down and in the room there is no scale for weight.
And it's weird again, when the doctor's blood pressure is there, he even asks the patient how much the blood pressure is, even though the nurse had previously spoken to the doctor.
The point is, I'm tired of going to this paskes again, the first time it was quite disappointing

β β β β β Pelayanan sangat buruk.. Saya dapat info vaksin di puskesmas ini dari instagram.. saya daftar utk tgl 12 Maret tapi di info vaksin tidak tertera jam operasional untuk vaksin booster tersebut, kemudian saya mencoba telfon ke puskesmasnya langsung tidak diangkat dan WA pun tidak dibalas padahal online.
Akhirnya hari H saya datang ke puskesmas ini untuk vaksin booster dan saat sampai lokasi terlihat sepi. Kemudian saya tanya ke satpam yg berjaga katanya staffnya pada libur dan vaksin diundur dan akan diinfokan kembali tanggalnya. Saya kira hanya saya saja yg tidak dapat info tersebut ternyata beberapa orang yg mau vaksin pun datang dan tidak tahu juga soal tersebut.
Mohon kalau ada perubahan jadwal diinfokan kembali, telfon diangkat/ WA pun dibalas, dan tingkatkan lagi pelayanannya.
Saya sungguh kecewa datang jauh2 ternyata staffnya libur dan tidak ada informasi sama skali.
The service is very bad.. I got vaccine info at this puskesmas from Instagram.. I registered for March 12 but the vaccine info didn't show the operating hours for the booster vaccine, then I tried to call the puskesmas and it wasn't picked up and WA was not answered even though on line.
Finally, on the D day, I came to this puskesmas for a booster vaccine and when I arrived the location looked deserted. Then I asked the security guard who said that the staff was on holiday and the vaccine was postponed and the date would be informed again. I thought I was the only one who didn't get this information, it turns out that some people who wanted the vaccine came and didn't even know about it.
Please, if there is a schedule change, you will be informed again, the phone will be picked up / WA will be replied, and the service will be improved again.
I am really disappointed that I came all the way, it turned out that the staff was on vacation and there was no information at all.

β β β β β Jd ceritanya saya rabu datang , mau tanya bpjs saya yang saya pindahkan dari jakarta kedaerah tangerang , loket bilang udh bisa digunakan , yaudah saya mau lansng periksa , trnyata katanya kalo untuk priksa kehamilan bisanya besok kamis , saya mnta apa aja yg harus dibawa , loket bilang fotocopy KK , KTP sama BUKU NIKAH , yaudh besok saya datang dan antri , tiba pas dipanggil ditanya2 , saya bilang kmrin yg nanya bpjs . Eh loket bilang ada apa dtg ksni , saya bilang mau cek ambil darah dan priksa kehamilan , eh tp mreka blg katanya harus pake domisili , kalo gak ada domisili gak bisa , kmrin blg suruh bawa fotocopy KK , surat nikah , sama KTP doang , knpa skrg pas dtg diminta surat domisili , dan dya blg katanya kalo priksa doang bisa , domisili nyusul bisa .. Ydh saya ngantri lagi , pas masuk dokter blg katanya gak bisa dipriksa sma ambil darah krna domisi gak ada , kalo gtu ngapain saya capek2 ngantri ??gak ksian yaa sama ibu hamil .. Capek ngantri panjang2a ujung2a gak bisa ..

Hey, the counter said what's going on here, I said I wanted to take blood and check pregnancy, but they said you have to use your domicile, if you don't have a domicile, you can't do it. When I arrived I was asked for a domicile letter, and he said that if you could only check it, domicile after that you could.. Yes, I was waiting in line again, when I went to the doctor, he said he couldn't be checked and I took blood because there is no domicile, why am I tired of queuing? I'm sorry for pregnant women.. Tired of waiting in long lines, but I can't..

β β β β β Pindah paskes disini karena tinggal Deket sini , pas mau berobat datang jam 12 itu pun pas hari kerja , tapi malah tutup katanya pelayanan hanya sampai jam 11 siang . Terpaksa pulang , sungguh kecewa
Moved paskes here because I live close to here, when I wanted to go for treatment, I came at 12 that was on a weekday, but instead it was closed and they said the service was only until 11 o'clock in the afternoon. Had to go home, really disappointed

β β β β β Namanya Pusat Kesahatan Masyarakat. Tapi pelayanannya kurang banget, Manajemennya disana kurang sekali, jauh dibawah yang diharapkan. Beda dengan PUSKESMAS KELAPA DUA, Cepat dan tanggap. Sampai ada tetangga saya orang Bonang pada saat kena Covid-19 perginya ke puskesmas kelapa dua. Demi penangan yang lebih BAIK.
Kerjanya pada ngapain sih puskesmas bonang, Jelek banget pelayanannya. Tidak Ramah, mentang-mentang PNS apa ya?
SEMOGA DI BACA KEPALA PUSKESMASNYA!
Kinerjanya di tingkatkan lagi pak!

It's called the Community Health Center. But the service is really lacking, the management there is very lacking, far below what is expected. Unlike PUSKESMAS KELAPA DUA, it is fast and responsive. Until my neighbor, a Bonang person, when he got Covid-19, went to the Kelapa Dua health center. For the sake of a BETTER handler.
What does the Bonang Public Health Center do, the service is really bad. Unfriendly, what about civil servants?
