★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cepat, pegawainy jg ramah2, reka dokter tepat, tempatny jg bersih dan rapi, area cukup luas u/penguna sepeda motor, sayang untuk yg bawa roda 4 parkir masih di luar area Puskesmas biarpun tdk begitu menggangu,dan dekat sekali, tp masih memakai fasilitas umun parkirnya.
Jg belum ada tukang parkir dan pengatur kendaraan di jalan raya karena sebelum masuk ke Puskeskas , jalur jalan raya ramai & padat dari arah barat menuju timur pertiga'an Puskesmas, kadang nunggu lama mau nyebrang
The service is fast, the staff are also friendly, the doctors are right, the place is clean and tidy, the area is quite large for motorbike users, unfortunately for those who carry 4 wheels the parking is still outside the Puskesmas area even though it is not so disturbing, and very close, but still using public parking facilities.
There are also no parking attendants and vehicle controllers on the highway because before entering the Puskesmas, the highway is busy & congested from the west to the east thirds of the Puskesmas, sometimes waiting a long time to cross

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas kertek 1 sudah menyediakan layanan konsultasi psikologi untuk masyarakat sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap kesehatan mental masyarakatnya.
Selain itu, fasilitasnya juga Lengkap & pelayanannya cukup baik. Perlu ditingkatkan lagi.
Puskesmas Kertek 1 has provided psychological consultation services for the community as a form of concern for the mental health of the community.
Besides that, the facilities are also complete & the service is quite good. Needs to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bidan jaga malam kurang bagus, saudara saya mau lahiran ketuban udah pecah malh di biarkan, suaminya suruh nunggu sendiri dan pintunya di kunci, kalau bisa bidanya supaya lebih ramah soalnya sama2 perempuan?
The midwife on night duty is not good, my brother wants to give birth to ruptured membranes instead he is left alone, his husband tells him to wait alone and the door is locked, if possible the midwife will be more friendly because it's both women?
