Dr dulu pelayanannya sangat buruk! Nunggu rujukan dr jam 9 sampe jam 12, giliran di tegor malah ngomel ngomel. Bener bener kapok banget!!
Dr used to be very bad service! Waiting for referrals from 9 to 12, it's my turn to be scolded and even nagging. Really really tired!!

Puskesmas pd labu fasilitas nya semakin bagus n terawat.. Pelayanan nya pun ramah melayani. Pertahanankan dan tingkatkan kualitas layanan yang lebih baik lagi

Saya kecewa dengan perawat poli gigi, saya ambil antrian dan dapet no 1, sy sengaja ambil no pagi2 dengan harapan sy cepet balik ke kantor lagi, ternyata pada saat di bagian pendaftaran sy dapet no 2, disini petugasnya bilang walaupun sy di pendaftaran no 2 tp nanti di poli gigi dipanggil pertama, ternyata saat di poli gigi dan dipanggil no 1 dan langsung sy masuk dan ditolak krn menurut si perawat itu antrian panggilan poli gigi didasarkan pada no kertas pendaftaran, trus sy duduk lagi dan sy tanya ke pasien yang punya no pendaftaran 1, rupanya dia saudara si perawat itu, harusnya klo mau cepet si perawat itu harus dateng pagi2 ambil no urut 1, jangan seperti ini, bikin org kecewa
I was disappointed with the dental clinic nurse, I took the queue and got number 1, I deliberately took the number in the morning in the hope that I would return to the office quickly, it turned out that at the time of registration I got number 2, here the clerk said even though I was registered at number 2 but Later at the dental clinic, I was called first, it turned out that when I was at the dental poly and was called number 1 and immediately I entered and was rejected because according to the nurse the queue for the dental poly call was based on the registration paper number, then I sat down again and I asked the patient who had the registration number 1, apparently he is the nurse's brother, if you want to hurry up the nurse should come early to take serial number 1, don't be like this, make people disappointed

The doctors are Awesome but the registration are so lazy, I went there with my 3 months baby to take vaccine, we were late because for vaccine time although the doctor agree to open for us because my baby should took vaccine before one day, we in came to them 11:40 after the doctor agreed the registration said no it's time for break, I was the only person there she came registered me, definition of break is sameone, wow have a lot of people want from her work, not a one baby, the government should do something about these issues there's same of them good and same of them break is more vule then human being. I believe to take all who works in registration take one time break it's wrong. They should change position with their friends.
