★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk ,padahal bpjs sudah jdi tinggal di print tapi bilang ke kita blom jadi dengan alasan nik tidak terdaftar, mana pelayanan sangat buruk gak ada yg namanya ramah , menurut saya gak pantas orang kaya gitu buat pelayanan di loket,
Bad service, even though bpjs has been printed but told us it hasn't been done, so with the reason that nik isn't registered, where is the service very bad, there's no such thing as friendly, I don't think rich people deserve to serve at the counter,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sebelumnya d arahkan oleh dokter puskesmas kecamatan, untuk meminta surat rujukan. Namun hasilnya nihil pada saat saya d sini,puskes kalibata 1 tdk bisa mengeluarkan surat rujukan tersebut. dengan alasan surat rujukan tdk diperuntukan untuk ket sehat untuk vaksin dikarenakan itu bersifat mandiri. Yg saya tanya apakah surat keterangan sehat untuk vaksin itu hanya surat ? Jelas tidak, pasti dokter d rs akan memeriksa detail ttg pasien untuk mengeluarkan surat sehat tsb. Yg jelas itu berkaitan dengan bpjs, jelas pemerintah sdg menggalakkan vaksin untuk sluruh warganya tp kalo dipersulit seperti ini apakah tdk melihat kondisi org tua /lansia ? Pemerintah menyuruh vaksin, tp dr pusat kesehatan pemerintah terdekat tdk memberikan surat rujukan tsb. Ini jelas harus diperbaiki...
I was previously directed by the subdistrict health center doctor to ask for a referral letter. But the result was nil when I was here, the Kalibata 1 Health Center could not issue the referral letter. with the reason that the referral letter is not intended for healthy kits for vaccines because it is independent. What I ask is whether the health certificate for the vaccine is just a letter? Obviously not, the doctor at the DR will check the details about the patient to issue the health certificate. What is clear is that it is related to the BPJS, it is clear that the government is promoting vaccines for all its citizens, but if it is complicated like this, do you not see the condition of the elderly/elderly? The government ordered a vaccine, but the nearest government health center did not provide the referral letter. This definitely needs fixing...

pdahal mau mnta perpanjang surat rujuk doang..
not good service..
just waiting for one number for a long time asking for forgiveness..
even though I want to ask for an extension of the referral letter..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat pelayanannya luas, bersih, nyaman. Sering ada penyuluhan kesehatan juga. Datang berobat, pulang ga hanya bawa obat tapi dapat ilmu juga.
The service area is spacious, clean, comfortable. There is often health education as well. Come for treatment, go home not only bring medicine but also get knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a public district health care services primarily for residents of kalibata neighborhood. It is Faskes type 1 for BPJS. Show the BPJS or KJS card to the puskesmas staffs will costs the patients free of charges. It is a decent health care services accomodating the treatment of general non serious illnesses, maternity, basic medical check ups, opthal and dental care. The fees for Non BPJS patients are affordable as well. The building is clean, hygiene and well organized.
