★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas dengan pelayanan terbaik! Dari satpam sampai dokternya ramah dan baik semua. Sekarang sistem antriannya lebih baik, seperti ngantri di bank. Yang perlu diingat jika ingin ke poli gigi, ambillah antrian sejak pukul 5.30 pagi karena pasien dibatasi khusus untuk poli ini. Dokter untuk poli ini hanya melayani 5-8 pasien.
Health center with the best service! From the security guard until the doctor is friendly and kind. Now the queue system is better, like a queue in a bank. Keep in mind if you want to go to a dental clinic, take a queue from 5.30 in the morning because patients are restricted to this poly. The doctor for this poly only serves 5-8 patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini anak remaja saya pergi ke puskesmas sendiri utk tambal gigi pakai kaos dan celana pendek yg tidak terlalu pendek .saat pendaftaran ada yg suruh pulang untuk ganti celana pendeknya dulu . Anak saya tidak pulang krn lumayan jalannya dan takut nanti sudah dipanggil dokter. Ehhh ternyata yg suruh pulang tadi adalah dokter giginya.dan saat tambal gigi anak saya ,perlakuannya kasar dan sangat tidak menghargai pasien hasil tambalannya pun asal asalan .dokter itu bilang perawatan gigi anak saya perlu tambal sementara sebanyak 6 kali,kalau tidak mau ke spesialis saja. Ngomongnya sambil membelakangi anak saya. hanya karena pakaian anak saya diperlakukan seperti itu. memangnya ada aturan kalo ke puskesmas tidak boleh pakai celana pendek??? Anak saya sampai nangis telp saya dan tidak mau balik lagi ke dokter itu. Mohon jadi perhatian Puskesmas Pancoran Barat jangan sampai terulang lagi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya lama sekali seharian dri mulai pendaftaran sampai nunggu obatpun berjam jam. Kenapa tidak semua puskesmas sama. Contoh puskesmas senen walau pasien banyak pelayanan tidak selama di puskesmas pancoran. Di puskesmas senen untuk pengambilan obat sangat cepat . Lat sudah canggih permintaan obat dri dokter sudah pakai gadget pasien tinggal nunggu panggilan ngk sampe 2 jam.
Kasihan pasien itu butuh istirahat. Ini jga cara bagikan obat ditumpuk2 nunggu puluhan orang baru di panggilin. Gila ya
