★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy sungguh sangat kecewa dgn pelayanan puskesmas Gandaria Selatan, pelayanan nya sangat buruk.sy berniat membuat sertifikat imunisasi anak, pelayanan dibuka mulai pukul 13.00 ,setelah dr bagian pendaftaran sy disarankan ke lt2 poli KIA, dsana sy harus menunggu Krn pegawai nya sedang solat, sampai 13.30 sy menunggu blm jg dipanggil.pegawai yg keluar masuk dr ruangan tersebut cuek tanpa menanyakan maksud dan tujuan sy duduk diruang tunggu pasien, dgn ruangan yg pengap dan gerah yg membuat sy seperti mau pingsan, 1jam sy menunggu blm jg dipanggil. Akhirnya jam 14.00 sy ketuk pintu nya dan sy buka, ternyata para pegawai nya sedang duduk ngerumpi sambil main hp,ketika itu mereka lgsg bubar. Sy blg mksd sy mau bikin sertifikat, dan salah satu pegawai lgsg masuk mencari daftar nama sy dibuku registrasi dan blg TDK ada, sy bilang bahwa sy mau buat sertifikat bukan mau ambil sertifikat, dan dia baru cek berkas yg sy bawa, dia jelaskan berkas nya kurang lengkap.akhirny waktu sy terbuang sia sia.harusnya dr awal dicek dulu kelengkapan berkas sy shgga sy TDK menunggu lama.dan pegawai nya pun memberi penjelasan ke sy dgn TDK ramah,TDK ada permohonan maaf,to terkesan menyindir secara halus,mhn pemerintah setempat bisa ditindaklanjuti cara pelayanan puskesmas ini Krn mereka dibayar untuk mengabdi ke masyarakat bukan sekedar datang ke kantor dan berleha-leha.trmksh
Sy really very disappointed with the services of the South Gandaria health center, the service was very bad. I intend to make a child immunization certificate, the service was opened starting at 1:00 p.m., after the registration section I was advised to go to the KIA poly lt2, then I had to wait for the employee 13.30 I was waiting for the call. The employee who came in and out of the room ignored without asking the purpose and purpose of sitting in the room waiting for the patient, with a stuffy and hot room that made me feel like I was about to faint, I waited for the call to be called. Finally at 2:00 p.m. I knocked on the door and opened, it turned out that the employees were sitting huddled while playing cellphones, when they broke up. I really want to make a certificate, and one of the employees entered to find a list of names in the registration book and the TDK is there, I said that I want to make a certificate not to take the certificate, and he just checked the file I brought, he explained the file incomplete. finally when I was wasted. I had to check the completeness of the initial sy file so that TDK waited a long time. And the employee gave an explanation to the sy with TDK friendly, TDK there was an apology, to seem to insinuate subtly, the local government can be followed up on the way the puskesmas service is delivered because they are paid to serve the community not just come to the office and relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk dokter dan staff sangat bagus pelayanan dan kepeduliannya, hanya saja dibagian pendaftaran kepedulian dan keteliannya kurang baik sehingga saya menunggu 3 jam karena salah input data yang seharusnya poli gigi tetapi didaftarkan poli umum padahal sudah saya bilang poli gigi dan di surat rujukan nya pun tertulis poli gigi.
Harap diperbaiki dan fokus pelayanan dalam bekerja untuk bagian pendaftaran nya.
Terima kasih untuk Bpk. Rudi yang sdh peduli dan memperhatikan semua pengunjung puskesmasnya ?
For the doctors and staff, the service and care are very good, it's just that the care and detail registration section is not good so I waited 3 hours because of wrong data input that was supposed to be dental poly but registered general poly even though I already said dental poly and in the reference letter it was written poly tooth.
Please improve and focus the service in working for the registration section.
Thank you to Mr. Rudi who already cares and pays attention to all the visitors of his puskesmas ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas buka jam 7:30. Pelayanan sangat baik dan menunggu antrian tidak terlalu lama. Dokter dan petugas lainnya sangat ramah, bahkan sampai satpamnya pun ramah. Tersedia tempat bermain untuk anak-anak, jadi bagi ibu yang membawa anaknya bisa bermain sambil menunggu antrian untuk dipanggil. Kamar mandi puskesmas juga bersih. Dan disediakan tempat untuk charge handphone jika baterainya habis.
The Puskesmas is open at 7:30. Service is very good and waiting for the queue is not too long. The doctor and other officers were very friendly, even the security guard was friendly. There is a playground for children, so mothers who bring their children can play while waiting for the queue to be called. The puskesmas bathroom is also clean. And provided a place to charge cellphones if the battery runs out.

Antrian pendaftaran sekarang udah pakai mesin no antrian
Ada poli umum, poli gigi, dan kebidanan. Ada juga spesialis gizi
Baru aja direnovasi jd bagian pendaftaran di samping depan
Bersih dan rapi
Ada apotek juga jadi selama obat ada bisa langsung sekalian dapat obat
Parkiran lumayan muat 2-4 mobil dan banyak motor.
Akses juga mudah dan dilalui kendaraan umum
Sayangnya lokasi di sebelahnya ada tempat pembuangan sampah, jadi klo sampah lg numpuk bau banget

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ramah. Dibuka sejak pagi jam 7.30 untuk melayani masyarakat Kelurahan Gandaria Selatan. Jangan lupa membawa kartu BPJS dan fotokopinya. Datang pagi untuk ambil nomor antrian elektronik. Kemudian tertib menunggu panggilan untuk pemeriksaan oleh dokter Setelah itu langsung menebus resepnya di apotek puskesmas. Yang cukup baru yaitu telah tersedia fasilitas charger atau isi ulang. Jadi, sambil menunggu panggilan ke ruang dokter, pasien dapat mengisi ulang baterai smartphone nya. Mantap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan, pendaftaran bagus. dokter sangat2 mengecewakan . saya datang dengan keadaan sakit, lemas, kepala pusing, mual. berharap mendapatkan pelayanan baik oleh dokter. ketika diperiksa dokter bilang seakan2 saya hanya pura2. tidak seharusnya seorang dokter bilang hal seperti itu . perlu di pertanyakan , itu dokter beneran atau bukan . cara bicara didepan pasien tidak beretika . sangat menyinggung
service, good registration. Doctor is very disappointing. I came in sick, weak, dizzy, nauseous. hope to get good service by the doctor. when examined the doctor said as if I was just pretending. a doctor shouldn't say things like that. The question is whether it's a real doctor or not. unethical way of speaking in front of patients. very offensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa banget, terutama untuk pelayanan poli gigi. Saya kesana dua kali untuk poli gigi, tp ketemu nya dokter yg sama. Yg pertama saya kesana bbrp th lalu untuk konsultasi gigi saya yg mnt di tambal, memang di lakukan, tp respon dokter nya gak ramah sama sekali.
yg ke dua sy baru saja kesana, niat saya mau tambal gigi/pasang gigi palsu, tapi lagi2 saya gak dpt pelayanan baik. sy pikir masalah di gigi saya bisa di atasi, tetapi trnyta hanya cek cek gitu doang. kalo sy tau cuma d cek cek saja gitu dr awal sy g akan pergi kesana. buang2 waktu saya saja..... Disana tidak bisa menyelesaikan kendala dan masalah pada penyakit di gigi saya...
makasih... semoga lain kali bisa kasih informasi ke pelanggan yg jelas dan kalo bisa dokter gigi nya di ganti atau roling dengan dokter gigi yang lain... jangan dokter yg sama terus, jujur saya sbnrnya trauma sekali dg dokter tsb.
Very disappointed, especially for the dental poly service. I've been there twice for a dental clinic, but I met the same doctor. The first time I was there a few years ago for a consultation on my tooth that needed a filling, it was indeed done, but the doctor's response was not friendly at all.
The second one, I just went there, my intention was to have my teeth filled/fitted with dentures, but again I didn't get good service. I thought the problem with my teeth could be solved, but it turned out to be just a check and a check. If I knew, I just checked and checked, so from the start I wouldn't go there. just a waste of my time..... There can't solve the problems and problems with the disease in my teeth...
thank you... hopefully next time I can give clear information to customers and if possible the dentist will be replaced or rotated with another dentist... don't keep on being the same doctor, to be honest, I was really traumatized by that doctor.
