★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari awal hamil sampai mau2 lahiran layanan nya bagus banget setiap kali cerita keluhan ini itu langsung ditangani dg baik , petugas dan dokter2 nya juga sangat ramah . Ohya Saya mau tau juga kalo untuk imunisasi ada di setiap hari apa aja ya?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini periksa hamil, dateng dari jam 7 dapet antrian nomer 1 . Pas daftar nomer 1 malah ga di panggil, saya komplain dong knp ga di panggil. Katanya nomer 1 nya ga ada kelongkap, bgtu sampe lt.4 pas di panggil nomer 1 tiba² ada ibu ibu yg maju dan megang kartu nomer 1. Saya yg dateng dari jam 7 aja masih hrus nunggu buat daftar,kenapa itu ibu tau tau pegang kartu nomer 1??? Tolong dong petugas puskes jangan curang. Kalo emang ada kerabat yg mau periksa duluan ya harus dateng lebih pagi dong!!! Kasian dong sama yg dateng lebih awal !! Kecewa saya hari ini

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu berobat anak ada masuk beras di kuping. Pertama di kasih obat tetes. Suruh balik lagi 3hari. Pas kesitu lagi. Priksa dah ga ada katanya. Sampe istri tanya beneran dah ga ada. Ehh pas kita cek di rumah ternyata masih ada.. ngotot bilang ga ada taunya masih ada. Intinya ga teliti . Mikirnya mungkin yg kesitu orang ga tau alat rumah sakit dan kegunaanya. Make nya masih ga bener..
Pelayanan sih luamyan karna gue bayar. Smpet di tanya bpjs gue suka males bukan rahasia umum playanan penguna bpjs gimn. Ni besok mau cek darah dari puskesmas suruh kesini. Mau coba pake bpjs. Giman playananya kl sama kaya di komen yang udah ngalamin..
Mu cek darah buat ibu hamil.. klo pelayananya ga sesuai nanti gue komen lagi dah... kl sesama dokter gampang klo rakyat biasa sering terlantar. Kasihan kl gue jadi pejabat/ gue bakal no 1 in. Kl ada yg ga bener gue kluarin masih bnyk yg mu kerja dengan hti yg tulus.. ga perlu skolah tinggi yg penting pinter sesuai ahli dn sopan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saat berobat hari minggu tanggal 23 Januari jam 9:00 . Pelayanan di pendaftaran nya buruk banget sama mbak mbaknya. saat pertama kali masuk. Emang kenapa saya pakai BPJS? Salah?galak bener! Saya juga bayar! Pake BPJS kelas 1 saya bayar juga rutin! Tidak ada ramah ramahnya ngomong juga bahasa nya kenceng dan tidak sopan!!! Tolong di ajarin cara sopan santun yang bener terhadap customer yang berobat!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang ke Puskesmas sini pas mau di swab gegara temen kantor ada yang positif omicron. Prokes tetap di jaga, pake masker dan ada tempat cuci tangan pake sabun di depan.
Lokasinya cukup tersembunyi karena berada di pojokan jalan, jalan buntu kayaknya. Alhamdulillah, pelayanannya ramah dan cepat. Hasilnya memang tidak cepat, esok hari baru ketahuan positif atau negatif yang kita cek sendiri di app Pedulilindungi.
Gitu deh, bikin hati senang pikiran jadi tenang. Salam sehat selalu ya.

The location is quite hidden because it is at the corner of the road, it seems like a dead end. Alhamdulillah, the service is friendly and fast. The results are not fast, the next day we will find out positive or negative which we check ourselves in the Cares app.
