β β β β β To me, there are two types of surabi. First one is the old-school one, consist of surabi oncom and surabi polos with kinca. Second one is contemporary variants. You may use egg, cheese, fruit slice or jam as it's topping. This shop offers both. So many variants of surabi. Best of both world. I bought surabi durian and susu-keju. The cake has good raise while being cooked. The durian topping has real durian flavor, and it was not too sweet which was I like. For contemporary surabi variants, this place is a must-go. Unfortunately, I missed to buy surabi oncom.
