Tgl 16 februari 2019 sy kesini dan menurut saya dokter nya tidak memperlakukan dengan baik pasien nya, saya tdk tahu dokter itu sedang kenapa tapi ngegas mulu bawaannya tuh org sampe hampir beberapa pasien kesel sm dokter itu, tolong jika dokter itu sedang ada masalah jangan marah marah sendiri banyak yang liat gaenak malu maluin seenganya gausa kerja aja dulu gantiin sm dokter lain, harapannya bsk bsk ga kayak gitu lagi sekian makasi Itu dokter yang ada di poli mtbs yg ramut nya pendek.
February 16, 2019 I came here and in my opinion the doctor did not treat the patient well, I didn't know why the doctor was but insisted that the patient had already arrived until almost all the patients were there, please if the doctor was having a problem, do not get angry for myself, there are many who feel like they are ashamed to be ashamed as if they just used to work for another doctor, their hopes would still not be like that anymore. Sangat kecewa. Untuk kb saja dipersulit&gamau nerima. Padahal pihak RS sampe 2dokter PENYAKIT DALAM&OBYGN ngasih bukti berupa usg&penjelasan yg jelas. Tp pihak puskes kelurahan&kecamatan gamau nerima dgn berbagai macam alasan. Saran aja, sebagai pasien bpjs harusnya gausah lah dibikin ribet&bertele" gini. Mksh
Very disappointed. For clans, it is complicated & won't accept. Even though the hospital until 2 doctors IN DISEASE & OBYGN gave evidence in the form of ultrasound & clear explanation. Pada hari Kamis 7 Februari 2019 saya mengantar anak saya dibawah 1thn ke puskesmas kebon jeruk ke poli MTBS mengunakan Bpjs. Karena musim sakit saya maklum jika pasien membeludak dari biasanya. Tapi yang sangat disayangkan pelayanan dokter terlalu lama, jam istirahat dokter juga terlalu lama sampai 1 jam lebih. Sedangkan anak saya sakit sampai muntah-muntah niat hati mau meninggalkan antrian di tunda karena saya repot datang sendiri. Sabar menunggu saya di buat kecewa lagi nomor antrian obat sudah nunggu 100 nomor masih belum ada obat juga dengan alasan dokter belum entry resep. Rasanya saya kecewa sekali. Seharusnya untuk penyakit anak kecil yg mudah rewel bisa di bedakan atau di dahulukan. Demikian keluhan dan saran saya. Mohon dapat di perbaiki. Terimakasih.
On Thursday, February 7, 2019, I took my child under 1 year to the Citrus Kebon Puskesmas to the MTBS clinic using Bpjs. Because the sick season I understand if the patient is bulging from normal. But what is very unfortunate is that the doctor's service is too long, the doctor's rest time is too long for up to 1 hour. While my child was sick until he vomited the intention to leave the queue was delayed because I was bothered to come alone. Patiently waiting for me to be disappointed again the queue number of the drug has been waiting for 100 numbers there is still no medicine also with the reason the doctor has not yet entered the prescription. I feel very disappointed. Supposedly for small children who are easily fussy can be distinguished or prioritized. That is my complaint and suggestion. Please fix it. Thanks.

Tempatnya dkt dari rumah, parkir utk roda 2 atau roda 4 cukup nyaman. Twmpat jg cukup bersih, antrian sesuai nomer urut dan pelayanan cukup baik dan cepat.
