Smpi di poli diukur BB,TB,lingkar pinggang,di periksa tekanan darah.Petugas di poli ny baik,ramah,bertemu dok Herlina,perawat murni baik ramah,jelas ksh info ny

Smpi in poly is measured BB, TB, waist circumference, blood pressure checked. Officers in poly are good, friendly, meet herlina doc, pure nurse good friendly, clear

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya dan adik saya datang ke puskesmas ini. Memang sih pakai bpjs. Kami dtg jam 11an, masih tutup sampai jam 1 baru buka. Dokter dan staff nya tidak koperatif sewaktu adik saya lg periksa ke dokter krn beberapa keluhan oleh dr. Tri Yunita.
Dokter tidak memberikan surat ket sakit atopun berobat pdahal sudah di minta utk kbutuhan kantor juga. Dokter nya menolak ngasih dgn alasan gada surat di bulam puasa, trus staff yg lain blg juga ga mau ngasih. lalu tanyain staf nya blg emg ga bisa, tunggu approval dokter, nanti kami di tlp dr kantornya. Lalu Sy blg memang benar kan adik saya melakukam pemeriksaan disini, trus memang knp? Balik lg sy tanyakan ke dokter Tri Yunita ini dan dia blg tidak bisa krn dtg nya siang, knp tidak dtg dr pagi. Lah saya heran apa beda nya dtg pagi ato siang kalo memang sakit. Toh pagi nya juga adik saya ga enak badan utk langsung di bawa ke dokter jadi harus istrahat sebentar dulu di rumah dan baru bisa jalan utk berobat jam 11an. Dokter nya kurang bijak bahkan dokternya memanggil staff nya sambil teriak “jelasin donk abis waktu gw” sesusah itu dia jalan2 santai dan ga ada pasien di ruangan nya.. kita abis dari staff yg itu skg malah di lempar lagi kesitu. Intinya tidak dapat surat keterangan berobat sm skali malah mendapatkan pelayanan yg buruk. Bukan nya kita tidak mampu ke rumah sakit ya, cm memang ingin menggunakam fasilitas bpjs yg tiap bulan kita bayar.. benar2 sangat kecewa dgn pelayanan nya.
My sister and I came to this puskesmas. Indeed, I use BPJS. We are at 11 o'clock, it is still closed until 1 o'clock when it opens. The doctor and staff were not cooperative when my sister checked into the doctor because of several complaints by Dr. Tri Yunita.
Doctors do not give letters of illness or even get medical care, even though they have been asked for office needs too. The doctor refuses to give reasons why the letter is fasting, then other staff don't want to give it too. then ask the staff if it's not possible, wait for the doctor's approval, we'll be on the phone from his office. Then how come it is true that my sister is doing the examination here, then is it true? Come back, I asked this Tri Yunita doctor and he can't even because he is at noon, I'm not from morning. Well, I wonder what the difference is from the morning or afternoon if it really hurts. After all, my sister was not feeling well in the morning to be immediately taken to the doctor, so I had to rest for a while at home and then I could walk for treatment at 11 o'clock. The doctor is not wise, even the doctor calls his staff while shouting "explain, don't finish when I am" as hard as that, he walks relaxed and there is no patient in the room ... we are abandoned from the staff who are being thrown there again. The point is that you can't get a medical certificate, even if you get bad service. It's not that we can't afford to go to the hospital, cm, we really want to use the BPJS facility, which every month we pay ... really very disappointed with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff didepan ramah,tapi perawat didalem ruangan dokter umum menangani ketus ngomongnya kurang cocok sebagai pelayan masyarakat.. Pelayanan mohon ditingkatkan kembali
The staff at the front are friendly, but the nurse in the general doctor's room handles curtly, but it's not suitable as a public servant.. Please improve the service again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya sangat cepat , petugas nya ramah dan sangat membantu, dokter nya juga baik. Saya dibantu buat PCR karena kontak erat dan sangat di bantu oleh ibu Titin, beliau juga pantau terus sampai hasil keluar. Terima kasih team Puskes Kampung Bali ?
The service is very fast, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the doctor is also good. I was helped for PCR because of close contact and very helpful by Titin's mother, she also monitored continuously until the results came out. Thank you Bali Village Health Center team ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bintang 1 pun sudi gw kasih terhadap pelayanan puskesmas ini. Mulai dari security nya Wahyu Fiksa gada wibawa nya sbg seorang pengamanan judes, kaga ramah, ditambah yg manggil nama gw yg ngecek tensi darah gw gegara dia manggil bbrp kali ke gw dan kbtulan gw ga kedenger soalnya Tv suara nya gede bngt pas di ruangan dia marah2 nyolot dan judes bngt minta ampun. Hadeeh klo ga kepepet engga lagi deh dtg ke puskesmas kampung bali ini. Pelayanan terburuk yg pernah gw temui selama berobat di puskesmas ???
I also want to give 1 star for the service of this health center. Starting from the security, Wahyu Fiksa, has no authority as a security guard, not friendly, plus the one who called my name who checked my blood pressure because he called me several times and I couldn't hear it because the TV had a big voice when he was in the room he was angry stupid and bitchy really ask for forgiveness. Hadeeh, if you're not in a hurry, don't come to the village health center in Bali. The worst service I've ever encountered during treatment at the puskesmas
