Ikut vaksin ke-2 di puskes jatiwarna, alhamdulillah ramah pelayanannya, cuma nunggu antrian agak lama karena input datanya bermasalah, sertifikat jg ga lama muncul diaplikasi peduli lindungi , ?
Participated in the 2nd vaccine at the Jatiwarna Health Center, thank God, the service was friendly, just waiting for the queue for a long time because the data input was problematic, the certificate didn't take long to be applied to protect it, ?

Pelayanan buruk tidak ramah,belum jam tutup sudah tidak terima pasien..udah kesekian kali nya kaya beginiii...

PELAYANAN BURUK RESPON LAMA DAN MENANGANI YANG SAKIT UNTUK TINDAKAN TIDAK SERIUS ! Tolong kita hanya warga kecil yang prosedur harus berobat di puskesmas terdekat jika ingin dpt obat gratis ! Memang kita pakai bpjs tapi apa iya pelayanannya seperti ini !!!!
POOR SERVICE LONG RESPONSE AND HANDLING THE ILL FOR NOT SERIOUS ACTION! Please, we are only small residents who have to go to the nearest puskesmas for treatment if they want to get free medicine! Indeed we use bpjs but is the service like this !!!!

Istri saya kemarin sudah mengurus ke puskesmas jatiwarna terkait terkonfirmasi nya saya positif covid 19 omicron. Dan hasil nya disuruh isolasi mandiri dirumah, dan katanya pihak puskesmas akan lakukan kunjungan untuk memonitor perkembangan saya dan memberikan obat obatan pada saat saya isolasi mandiri dirumah pada hari itu juga. Tapi saya tunggu smpe malam pun tidak ada pihak puskesmas yg datang mengunjungi saya. Jadi gimana ini kelanjutan nya? Sepengalaman saya selama saya berobat di puskesmas ini dari dulu memang gerak nya lambat. Dan menurut saya kualitas pelayanan nya dari angka 1 s/d 10 itu cuma 6 saja. Yg harusnya dilakukan dengan respon cepat apabila ada warga sekitar puskesmas yg terkonfirmasi positif, tapi malah begini realita nya. Bisa dibilang saya dibuat kecewa untuk kesekian kali nya sama pelayanan puskesmas jatiwarna ??
Yesterday, my wife took care of the Jatiwarna Health Center regarding the confirmation that I was positive for Covid 19 Omicron. And the result was that I was told to self-isolate at home, and he said the puskesmas would make a visit to monitor my progress and give me medicine while I was self-isolating at home that same day. But I waited until the evening, no one from the puskesmas came to visit me. So how's this going? From my experience, during my treatment at this health center, the movement was slow. And in my opinion the quality of service from numbers 1 to 10 is only 6 only. What should have been done with a quick response if there were residents around the puskesmas who were confirmed positive, but this is the reality. You could say I was disappointed for the umpteenth time with the Jatiwarna puskesmas service

β€’ Lokasinya mudah dijangkau karena dilewati angkot KC A. β€’ Tempatnya bersih, lapangan parkirnya luas, dan cukup ketat dalam penerapan prokes kesehatan. β€’ Ruang tunggunya luas dan tersedia banyak kursi, jadi tidak harus menunggu sambil berdiri atau berdesak-desakan β€’ Untuk pelayanannya untung-untungan saja, kalau dapet dokter dan admin yang baik dan ramah biasanya proses berobatnya cepat. Saya sendiri harus bolak-balik 4x :) β€’ Untuk saya yang tidak tercover BPJS menurut saya tidak pengobatannya (saya cabut gigi) cukup murah. Saya habis total Rp 20.000 untuk administrasi & cabut gigi. β€’ Alat-alat yang digunakan steril karena selalu dibersihkan ketika ganti pasien. Secara keseluruhan sangat baik "kalau lagi untung dapat dokter dan admin yang baik" ?
β€’ The location is easy to reach because it is passed by angkot KC A. β€’ The place is clean, the parking lot is wide, and it is quite strict in implementing health prokes. β€’ The waiting room is spacious and there are plenty of chairs, so you don't have to wait standing or jostling β€’ For the service, it's just luck, if you get a good and friendly doctor and admin, the treatment process is usually fast. I myself had to go back and forth 4x :) β€’ For me, who is not covered by BPJS, I don't think the treatment (I extracted my tooth) is quite cheap. I spent a total of IDR 20,000 for administration & tooth extraction. β€’ The tools used are sterile because they are always cleaned when changing patients. Overall very good "if you are lucky you get a good doctor and admin" ?
