β β β β β Sabtu kemaren saya datang ke puskesmas mo imunisasi anak saya,, tanya satpam ternyata imunisasi hari Senin & Kamis,, saya tanya juga imunisasinya apa aja bisa Pak? Iya bisa .. jawabnya.
Senin saya dtg, nyampe situ jam 8 lewat dikit .. dpt antri no 67,, dan dipanggil sekitar jam 10 an .. setelah menuju ruang KIA ternyata engga ada imunisasi campak, imunisasi campak minggu keberapa gitu .. saya tanya, kok engga dikasi tau dari awal daftar???? Kata dia suruh tanya satpam, padahal dari awal udah tanya satpam dan bilang imunisasi apa aja bisa ... ckckckck .. cuman bisa ngelus dada ,,,
Saya masih penasaran lalu ngomong ke satpam,, Pak kok engga dikasi tau kalo hari ini ga ada imunisasi campak ??? Kata bpk imunisasi apa aja bisa,, lantas satpam menyambangi ruang KIA buat minta penjelasan .. (satpamnya jg ga tau ???...)
"Saya sudah konfirmasi buk, biar nanti mereka kasih jadwal imunisasi n ditempel di sini .. "
Maklum saya penduduk baru di situ n pertama kalinya mo imunisasi d puskesmas.

I was still curious and then talked to the security guard ... Sir, how come you didn't know that today there is no measles immunization? Mr said any immunization can, then the security guard came to the KIA room to ask for an explanation ... (the security guard also doesn't know ??? ...)

I understand that I am a new resident there and this is the first time I am immunizing at the puskesmas.

β β β β β Gini yah saya kemaren pengen berobat gigi pangen nambel, sakit buat makan soalnya,tapi apa respon tuh dokter bilangnya gini mbanya harus keklinik gigi disini kami gak bisa melayani kecuali anak kecil, kok bisa gitu yah seharusnya kan dokter itu membantu bukan menyusahkan apa gunanya BPJS woyyyy, bangsaaattt gue kan pengen berobat bukannya dibantuin malah disusahin asu.
Like, yesterday I wanted to get a pangen nambel tooth treatment, it hurts to eat the problem, but what's the response, the doctor said this, you have to go to the dental clinic here, we can't serve except for small children, how come the doctor should help, not bother what's the point of BPJS woyyyy , nationaattt I want to seek treatment instead of being assisted instead of being distressed.

β β β β β Hari ini saya pertama kali datang ke pkm jambe,pelayanan front office baik,hanya saja pelayanan untuk poli kia ada yg disayangkan,saya pasien umum dan saya ingin cek lab di trimester 3 (karna dapat rujukan dari dokter obgyn),memang saya disarankan oleh dokter obgyn saya cek lab rutin setiap trimester untuk mengetahui hasil yg rutin dan berkala,tetapi setelah saya konsul dg bidanya katanya tidak perlu karena udah pernah cek lab,sepertinya kurang profesional saja seorang pasien membawa rujukan dr dokter obgyn untuk cek lab tapi ditolak akhirnya saya ttp kekeh untuk mau dilakukan cek lab,untuk pelayanan mohon perhatikan

β β β β β Tolong dong pelayanan nya 24jam seperti di Jakarta, hari ini saya mau bawa anak berobat jam 9pgi,masa katanya sudah tutup. Tidak mikirin masyarakat yg sakit. Tutup semaunya

β β β β β 3 hari yg lalu ke poli gigi cabut gigi anak saya,masya Alloh dapat dokternya JUDES,wajar untuk anak kecil yg baru pertama kali ke dokter gigi takut dan nangis,harusnya si dokter ini bisa memberi pengarahan dengan si anak tapi bukan diberi pengarahan malah dimarahi sambil ngomong "saya males niih kalau kaya begini"subhanallah...dari awal saya masuk ruangannya aja dokternya ga mau nengok kearah ke pasien,ngomong sambil membelakingi pasiennya malah sibuk ngerjain apa saya ga tau,ga ada "eye contact" dengan pasien,bukankah sekolah kejurusan dokter juga diajari attitude dengan pasiennya???atau kalau dokternya males ya ga usah jadi dokter buu...dirumah aja,kasian pasiennya nanti udah sakit tambah sakit dengan sikap dokternya,bekerjalah dengan hati yaa bu dokter...

β β β β β Jam 11 kurang sudah tutup pelayanan nya sangat amat buruk beda sekali dengan puskesmas di kota tangerang mau berobat aja harus berdebat dulu sama penjaga loket padahal mereka pada tidak sibuk malah sibuk makan sama ngerumpi saya sudah hampir pinsan karna lemas .tolong diperbaiikin lagi pelayanan nya terimakasih
