Kecewa banget sama pelayanannya... Awal pendaftaran, yg ngelayanin nya gak ramah. Hbs ngambil nomer antrian, di suruh menunggu lagi. Setelah di sebutkan nomernya baru di daftarkan.. Setelah di daftarkan, menunggu lg di panggil ke ruangan dokternya.. (Sangat tdk efektif, fyi aku nunggu sampe 1jam lebih loh) Setelah di ruang dokternya, aku kira langsung di priksa.. ternyata tidak dan harus menunggu sebentar Setelah di periksa, aku posisi sbg karyawan yg satu hari tidak brgkt karena sakit, tp aku minta surat dokter.. mereka bilang nya "tidak ada" aku tanya lagi " ini untuk ijin kerja" Malah gak di tanggepin teman2.. kesel aku tuu Faskes nya payah jujur, kecewa.. Aku paham letak puskesmas nya di kabupaten cuma kok kek kekurangan segala2 nya, merasa aku tuh kek gak di layani semesti nya pasien.. Kecewa sekali lagi kecewa, total wktu ku di puskesmas 2jam setengah teman2 ??

Senyum petugasnya mahal.. dari pendaftaran sampai pengambilan obat. Dokter2nya juga tidak sigap mengasihi orang sakit.. cuek aja. Kotak penilaian tidak disediakan koin untuk menilai, seakan takut untuk dinilai. Pelayanan prioritas cuma ada dipendaftaran saja, di penanganan dokter nihil. Parah tidak ada peningkatan pelayanan sama sekali dari tahun ke tahun.

Jadi males periksa ke puskes daerah sendiri, mending ke puskes daerah lain. karena disini pelayanannya buruk sekali, petugasnya jutek jutek tidak memuaskan. Mohon diperbaiki
So lazy to check with local health centers, better go to other regional health centers. because here the service is very bad, the officers jutek jutek are not satisfactory. Please fix

Bagian adminya terlalu lama ahirnya antrian membludak. Perlunya evaluasi.

Resgitrasi nya sih cepet, cuma panggilan untuk periksa nya lama bgt Yg di dlm nya kebanyakan ngobrol sndri baru panggil pasien trs ngobrol lagi Minta SKD aja ribet , kudu ada KTP asli Dan gbsa di tulis diagnosa dokter nya apa

Pelayanan buruk, ibu hamil lg mabok d bentak bentak tidak ada ramah2ny dlm berbicara apalgi bagian ceklab kalo ngomng point point ny aja kalian berpendidikan bkn ngomng ngalor ngidul.memberi tahu ckup kpd pasien dn staff brsangkutan. gausah jerit jerit sampe pasian lain pd liatin. perlu d perbaiki lg pelayanan trhdp pasien
Bad service, pregnant women are drunk and yelling, they are not friendly in speaking, especially the check-in section when you talk about points, you are educated, not talking about hanging out. Telling enough to the patient and the staff concerned. Don't scream until other people see it. need to improve the service for patients

Pelayanan sangat TIDAK MEMUASKAN, tidak ada ramahΒ²nya, cara berbicaranya juga kurang sopan gada ramahΒ²nya, antri dari jam 8 sampe jam 9.45 baru di priksa, saya minta surat dokterpun responnya sangat ketus,untuk dapetin surat dokterpun saya harus ngantri lagi its okey tapi disini saya tidak suka dengan cara penyampaian staff yg bertugasnya, disini saya ngantri dan cari tempat duduk deket pengambilan obat posisi puskesmas ramai saya dipanggil untuk ambil surat dokter, panggilan ke 2 saya baru dengar, lalu apa yg petugasnya bilang? "Harusnya teriak IYAA gitu dari tadi diemΒ² aja" lahhhh boook wong aku ora krungu trus jangankan mau teriakΒ² badan saya juga sama rasa dan lemes. NGACOO bgt emang petugasnya! Udah sering sih kesini dikira ada peningkatan pelayanan ternyata sama aja malah jauh lebih buruk. KECEWA SEKALI.

I've been here many times when I thought there was an improvement in service, it turned out to be the same, but it was much worse. VERY DISSAPOINTED.
