tolong di kasih plastik dan pejelasnya seperti yg di foto,?biar pasein mengerti dan jelas,jangan cuman di jelasin di mulut doanx,manusia ada lupanya,saya harap seceptnya di perbaikin lgi,.?!

Unprofessionalism.. Mohon Utamakan Kepentingan setiap Pasien,, jangan malah NGOBROL dengan rekan lain di dalam ruangan saat bertugas sedangkan pasien 30menit lebih dibiarkan menunggu di luar.. Tgl 02 Oktober 2020 pagi tadi,, setelah 30menit lebih menunggu malah enggak dipanggil2.. setelah pasien pertama dipanggil masuk (<8menit keluar) eh dokternya malah manggil pasien ke-3 (sayanya dilewat, padahal data udah masuk sedari pagi),, pasien 3 hanya dikasih selembar kertas, terus keluar,, Lah setelah itu dokternya sok sibuk bulak balik keluar masuk ruangan,, saya sabarin nungguin dia bulak balik (liat hp udah 26menit berjalan) di menit 30an si dokter malah naik ke lantai atas sambil bawa buku dan map,, tanpa memberitahukan kabar/info apapun ke pasien.. Saya jadi bertanya2 ini "gelar drg nya asli apa kw" masa iya ada pasien menunggu sejam lebih di depan ruangannya dicuekin (padahal di depan ruangannya tinggal saya 1pasien) kalo anda lagi sibuk ya kasih info dong ke pasien,, biar pasien tahu,, kalo anda sedang ada urusan ya seharusnya pagi tadi buruan perkisa setiap pasien,, jangan malah ngobrol sampe 30menit lebih.. Orang periksa kan nggak lama,, paling 8 sampai 15menit.. Sia2 bgt total tunggu sejam lebih malah dapet kesel dan kaki saya langsung balik kanan cabut saat melihat si drg. Maya itu naik ke lantai atas setelah Β± 1jam menunggu tanpa sapaan dan pelayanan.. Sangat2 mengecewakan.. PARAAAAH... Kotak saranpun ada kotaknya doang,, nggak ada kertas dan pulpen,, jadinya diluapkan di sini saja,, tadinya mau nanya ke petugas lain terkait ruangan kepala uptd puskesmas nya di mana eh keburu males dan jengkel duluan..
Unprofessionalism .. Please Prioritize the Interests of each Patient ,, don't even NGOBROL with other colleagues in the room while on duty while the patient is left waiting for more than 30 minutes outside ... On October 02, 2020 this morning ,, after 30 minutes of waiting instead of not being called ... after the first patient was called in (<8 minutes out) the doctor instead called the 3rd patient (I passed, even though the data had been entered since the morning) ,, patient 3 was only given a sheet of paper, kept coming out ,, Lah after that the doctor was busy turning back and forth in and out of the room ,, I patiently waited for him to come back (see the cellphone has been 26 minutes walking) in the 30s the doctor went upstairs carrying a book and a folder, without telling any news / info to the patient .. I was asking this "what is the original drg title? kw "Yes, yes, there is a patient waiting for more than an hour in front of the room to be ignored (even though I live in front of the room) if you are busy, please give information to the patient, let the patient know, if you are a patient. I have a business, so this morning, hurry and check each patient, don't even chat for more than 30 minutes .. People don't check it for long, at most 8 to 15 minutes .. What a total wait for more than an hour, I got irritated and my leg pulled right back when I saw the drg. Maya went upstairs after Β± 1 hour of waiting without greeting and service .. Very2 disappointing .. PARAAAAH ... The suggestion box only has a box, there is no paper and pen, so just throw it out here ,, I wanted to ask another officer regarding the head of the puskesmas office where uh I got lazy and irritated first ...

Udah sering datang ke puskesmas ini , jujur pemeriksaan nya sangat buruk , kenapa ?? Karena di periksa tapi ko ngak ditanyain kenapa2 , cuma langsung di kasih obat?? Apalagi kalo ngak ditanya , ampun makin2 ngak di kasih tau, tolong meskipun gratis jangan BURUK !! Kecewa banget sumpah !! Puskesmas di jakarta aja meskipun gratis hampir perfect
Have come to this puskesmas often, to be honest the examinations are very bad, why ?? Because I was checked but how come I wasn't asked why, I just gave me medicine right away ?? Especially if I'm not asked, I'm really not being told, even if it's free, don't be BAD !! Really disappointed I swear !! Puskesmas in Jakarta, even though it's free, is almost perfect
