β β β β β Pelayanan kurang, dokternya juga gak ramah, kurang edukasi ada kakekΒ² yg bingung bukannya diarahin malah didiemin:'), seenggaknya ditanya bukan malah didiemin:)
Service is lacking, the doctor is also not friendly, lack of education, there are grandparents who are confused instead of being directed, they are even killed:'), at least they are asked not to be silenced :)

β β β β β Alur kunjungan rawat jalan:
(Pasien BPJS domisili sementara, kunjungan pertama)
1. H-1, daftar periksa melalui WA Puskesmas. Jam pendaftaran sd pukul 1 siang (Senin-Kamis). Sebutkan nama, jenis poli tujuan, no BPJS. Tunggu WA balasan berisi nomor antrean. Jenis poli yg tersedia:
- Poli umum
- Poli anak
- Poli lansia
2. Datang pagi. Layanan dimulai jam 7.30
3. Cuci tangan, cek suhu badan, konfirmasi nomor antrean ke petugas pengecekan suhu
4. Konfirmasi ke front officer (FO). Siapkan KTP & kartu BPJS.
5. Tunggu berkas pendaftaran & nomr antrean dibuat oleh FO. Terima berkas.
6. Tunggu dipanggil bagian pemeriksaan (ditanya: keluhan, tinggi & berat badan lalu cek tensi). Kembali ke ruang tunggu
7. Tunggu nama/nomr antrean dipanggil oleh dokter di setiap poli**
Informasi mengenai antri obat dst saya tidak tahu.
**dipanggil sesuai kedatangan, bukan sesuai nomr antrean. Maka, jika kamu dapat nomor antrian kecil, datanglah jam 7.30
***Pendaftaran on the spot/tanpa WA terlebih dahulu maksimal jam 10 pagi (Senin-Kamis), kalau Jumat saya tdk tahu sampai jam berapa
Siapin mental karena petugas tidak peka dgn apa yg kamu perlu dan tidak selembut bubur. Pro-aktif dan take it easy aja. Sampaikan keluhanmu ke dokter sedetail mungkin Semoga lekas sembuh :)
Oiya, sabar.. pasiennya banyak. Double masker! Bawa air minum spy tdk dehidrasi. Dateng sendiri saja karena tempat duduk penuh
Outpatient visit flow:
(BPJS patient domiciled temporarily, first visit)
1. H-1, checklist through WA Puskesmas. Registration hours are until 1 pm (Monday-Thursday). State the name, type of destination poly, BPJS no. Wait for a WA reply containing the queue number. Available poly types:
- General poly
- Children's policy
- Elderly poly
2. Come early. Service starts at 7.30
3. Wash hands, check body temperature, confirm the queue number to the temperature checking officer
4. Confirmation to the front officer (FO). Prepare your ID card & BPJS card.
5. Wait for the registration file & queue number to be generated by the FO. Receive file.
6. Wait for the inspection department to be called (asked: complaints, height & weight then check blood pressure). Back to the waiting room
7. Wait for the name/queue number to be called by the doctor in each poly**
Information about queuing for drugs etc. I don't know.
** Called according to arrival, not according to the queue number. So, if you get a small queue number, come at 7.30
***Registration on the spot/without WA in advance a maximum of 10 am (Monday-Thursday), if it's Friday I don't know until what time
Prepare mentally because the officers are not sensitive to what you need and are not as soft as porridge. Be pro-active and take it easy. Tell your complaint to the doctor in as much detail as possible. Hope you get well soon :)
Oiya, patient.. a lot of patients. Double masks! Bring drinking water so you're not dehydrated. Just come alone because the seats are full

Bekerja di bidang pelayanan tapi di tanya aja jawab nya judessssss bgt.
Bisa ga sih bilang nya baik baik klo emang dasar nya ga bisa ramah.
Cuman di tanya klo mau minta rujukan gimana, jawabnya ngajak gelut. Ditanya liat nya HP blas ga liat orang yang nanya.
Orang nya kurus, kerudung bergo menceng.
Itu ciri2nya....

β β β β β Pengalaman periksa pertama sebagai orang baru bukan asli jogja membingungkan.. Tidak diarahkan oleh petugas, sudah bertanya tapi petugasnya malah bingung dan cenderung membiarkan, pelayanan staffnya kurang ramah.
Ujung ujungnya apa yang saya butuhkan tidak didapat tanpa konfirmasi lebih lanjut padahal prosesnya sudah menunggu lama.. Oh ya ini urusan saya di poli umum semoga di poli yg lain lebih baik.
The first check-in experience as a new person is not a native of Jogja, it's confusing.. Not directed by the officer, I have asked but the officer is confused and tends to let go, the staff service is not friendly.
In the end, what I needed was not obtained without further confirmation even though the process had been waiting for a long time.. Oh yes, this is my business at the general poly, hopefully the other poly will be better.
