Ini pelayanan ngak ramah perawat atas nama Bu Jum yang bagian pendataan tolong ya di perhatikan orang mau berobat pakai bahasa baik dan ramah ya....soalnya saya baru aja ke puskesmas ini....ditanya atasan "ngeh" kalau di tanya pasien "ngopo.....po ngak lihat tulisan KASIR" tolong dong apa ngak ada SOPnya ini atasan siapa sih mau aku laporin

Semoga jadi perhatian dinkes klaten ya buat apa ngingoni pegawai ketus gak ramah, sungguh membagongkan palayanannya, yg tadinya cuma sakit fisik ..malah hati ikutan sakit...langsung adukan kedinkes atau ke bupati kalau ada oknum pegawai yg lambenya kaya silitnya sapi.

Pelayanan sgt buruk,tidak ramah, kurang teliti,bagian apotek tolong diperhatikan LG,pdhl tidak ada antrian saya sudah naruh resep dikotak resep lgsg diambil SM petugas nya,setelah itu ada antrian LG satu,naruh resep trs diambil,Bru diambil resep nya sebentar bgt lgsg dipanggil dikasih obat.saya yg ngantri duluan malah blm dikasih obat... giliran saya tanya malah petugas nya bingung nanya Saya sudah ngumpulin resep blm,saya jawab udah ..abis itu penjaga nya bilang bukannya obat nya sudah...klo sudah ngapain saya nunggu in..antri duluan malah jd belakangan abis itu ga dapet obat... sangat tidak teliti,pdhl tidak ada antrian, sangat mengecewakan.

Puskesmas paling buruk pelayanannya. Dokternya judes amitΒ² kek racun. Perawat. Dan bgian lainnya bad attitude. Puskesmas ini lbh baik di tutup klo tdk bisa ganti isi di dlmnya.
The health center has the worst service. The doctor is bitchy like it's poison. Nurse. And the other part is bad attitude. This health center is better closed if you can't replace the contents inside.

Pelayanan BURUK, saya demam, batuk, badan lemas, dan telinga berdengung, siang hari sebelumnya saya sempet pingsan di tempat kerja karena keringat dingin, tadi pagi saya periksa ke puskesmas untuk minta obat dan surat ijin. Keanehan dimulai dr pelayanan lama, dokter yang judes serta tidak ramah, Bahasanya menurutku tidak layak digunakan untuk sekelas dokter, dan puncaknya saya tidak diberi surat ijin dengan alasan karena demam sudah turun. Iya dok, demam saya sudah turun, tp kepala masih pusing, dan badan masih lemes, kalo gak sakit ngapain saya minta surat sakit? Gaji udah kepotong krn ijin dok, pa dokter kasih surat sakit ato enggaknya gak ngaruh ke potongan gaji saya, cuma untuk atitude dan penolakan yang ga masuk akal itu hlo... Gak pantas utk pelayanan publik...

The strangeness started with the old service, the doctor was mean and unfriendly. In my opinion, the language was not suitable for a doctor's class, and finally I was not given a permit on the grounds that the fever had gone down. Yes, doc, my fever has gone down, but my head is still dizzy, and my body is still weak. If I'm not sick, why should I ask for a sick letter? The salary has been deducted because of the doctor's permission, the doctor gave me a sick letter or not it doesn't affect my salary deduction, just for the attitude and refusal that doesn't make sense, lol... Not fit for public service...
